    Spacious, clean, comfortable sleep, good shower, good breakfast, good location, great staff, value for money. I guess this is one of the best option you can get in Dushanbe.

    Value for money.. New.. clean.. the staff ver helpful.. nice spa and variety breakfast choices .. unlike all five stars hotels in Dushanbe, the kangurt has the most spacious rooms

    For me .. the hotel is a bit far from the hustle and bustle central area.. however it's only 5-10 min far by car .. and taxis are very cheap.. this a plus for people who like to walk and like to sleep in a quiet area ..

    Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel did not live up to 5-star standards. There were several issues that really shouldn’t happen in a hotel of this category. • There was no help with luggage upon arrival or departure. • The front desk staff rarely greeted guests — unless we greeted them first. • Upon check-in, we were given no information about the hotel or what was included; we had to ask everything ourselves. • Although a transfer was supposed to be included in the booking, no one offered it or mentioned it. • Breakfast was repetitive every day, with some variety only on the days when inspections were taking place. • Staff did not refill empty dishes at breakfast unless we specifically asked. • There were visible signs of poor maintenance — peeling paint and even ants in the room. • The indoor pool area had no proper ventilation, the water was cold and felt unclean. It didn’t seem suitable for use at all. • The slippers provided were of extremely poor quality — worse than in many 3-star hotels — and frankly unpleasant to wear. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel as a 5-star experience, rather 3-star standards, if at all. Afterwards we moved to a 4-star hotel in Dushanbe which was 2 times cheaper than this one, and all the issues mentioned above were missing there, it was a completely different in a positive way experience.

    The only positive note: the housekeeping staff were kind and friendly, and the spaciousness of the rooms.

    Breakfast was OK, not much of option,

    Location is great but make it very unsafe crossing the road, a pedestrian cross walk would be great

    Exceptionally cooperative stuff, huge room, very clean and new.

    Breakfast could have been better - same food every day. Not possible to order freshly cooked omelet or eggs. Gym needs improvement.

    The hotel staff were very hospitable and polite. Breakfast was continental, with a good variety of food options. The hotel building and lobby were nicely decorated, and both the room and hallways were spacious.

    The elevator was operating with disruptions, and the room was not clean enough—there were nut shells left on the floor from previous guests. I also didn’t like the style of the room; the decor was unattractive and poorly done. Despite the hotel being brand new, the furniture and plumbing were already poorly maintained. In terms of location, it’s quite far from the main Rudaki street. It’s very challenging to cross the road to get in taxi. So overall the location was medium. What stood out to me the most was the policy regarding the sauna and swimming pool. They are only open for free use until 6 PM. If you want to go after 6 PM, you have to pay extra. I’ve never encountered such a policy before.

    The Spacious room, very nice and clean. The hospitality was excellent. Great breakfast nice verity. Specially in the breakfast room Mr. Iraj and saheb did a fantasticJob. And at the reception Miss Sara and Medina made our stay unforgettable. Every one was unbelievably extremely nice. we definitely will go back and recommend it strongly.

    Breakfast was good with big variety of food.

    The hotel is new but not well constructed at all . Wasn’t clean and during check in they gave me 3 different rooms , 2 of them were already equipped with people!! Not cool . AC & wifi were not working properly & location bit far from Dushanbe center. approx. 15-20 mnts walk
