Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

DenmarkThe wifi was slow; good wifi should really be standard in a hotel like this - the slow wifi meant it’s not a hotel for business travelers (or just someone who wants to check their social media). The room had no chair, and no suitcase stand either.
Nice modern hotel with a very comfy bed, fridge in the room, AC, and a great bathroom. The gym was a great bonus, and the breakfast was good.

Turkeysuper friendly staff , very safe , very clean and new room. they were very helpful in everything . we got a free upgrade to a bigger suit . the room was new and clean . we needed laundry they washed all our clothes for a very reasonable price . breakfast was good and they refilled it despite the fact we woke up late . reception was very helpful with taxis , finding addresses ,..... I liked it .

IranI stayed at this hotel during the Nowruz holidays and had a really pleasant experience. The hotel was very clean, the staff were polite and always helpful. They even gave me useful tips on where to go and what to do during the celebrations in Dushanbe. One thing that really stood out was how they handled a problem I had with a taxi driver (not connected to the hotel). The staff took the issue seriously, reported the driver to the local tourism office, and made sure I didn’t leave Tajikistan with a bad memory – even though it wasn’t their responsibility. I’m originally from Iran, currently living in Turkey, and I travel often with valuable equipment – so safety matters a lot to me. The hotel felt very secure, with an in-room safe and trustworthy staff who took good care of everything. Compared to other hotels I saw, this one was definitely worth the price. I’m planning to come back next Nowruz with my family – and I’ll gladly stay here again.

PakistanNo regularly clean the room despite several times ask to hotel menegment. BREAKFAST very P O O R. VERY LIMITED items, 2nd class food stuff, No refilling, No milk & Yogurt available. Breakfast just like 1*. 3rd class overall. I asked the Hotel via booking. Com message, they ignore and don't reply about my Breakfast complaint. Not recomended to STAY.
