How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

New apartment with a very good location. Supermarket and cafes nearby as well as all the main attractions. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. There is only one AC unit in the other bedroom so the other one can be a bit warm during hottest summer months. Host was also very helpful and spoke good English.

Wonderful stay ,highly recommended I had a fantastic stay at this property. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The owner was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and attention to detail. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend it to other travelers. Thank you for a great experience!

Everything was great
The owner is very welcoming and friendly, ready to help with any difficulties that may arise. Very cozy and clean apartment in the city center, in walking distance there are restaurants, cafes and supermarket.

Nice, clean, big apartment, perfect for before/after those long hiking trips and days on the road in the pamir. Has everything you need, washing machine with soap, a big nice shower, kitchen ready to be used, lots of space. Ideal location in downtown Dushanbe close to cafes and restaurants and shops. The host is super nice, we booked only a couple of hours before arriving, met us with the keys and even offered us the taxi to the hotel at the end. 100% recommend

Very comfortable with a good quality modern decor, in a new estate. A big supermarket nearby as well as bus stops, need be. Fantastic host - what else are you looking for?

nothing, everything was amazing really !!! I can only recommend to book this place :) until the next time!
the hosts were amazing and super welcoming. they sent a lot of great recommendations on what to see and do in the city. they were always reachable and we booked the place last minute and they showed up within 15 minutes to let us do the check in. the hosts were super friendly and the apartment was incredibly clean and super well equipped, we could do laundry and everything we needed was there already. we also did some smart working in the apartment, the wifi was great. would always come back, super happy.

Nothing really
Spacious apartment, very well equipped, with a nice view over the city. Centrally located, in an area with restaurants and supermarkets, it is just a 10 minutes walk away from Rudaki Avenue. The owner, Farhod, is an exceptional person, who can provide you with a wealth of information about Dushanbe. Having spent there 5 days, I strongly recommend this apartment.

I would say probably the lack of AC in the living room, but it is just a detail as there is AC in the bedroom.

This apartment is amazing. Everything is brand new with good facilities, well maintained and perfectly clean. It is very well located with many restaurants and shops nearby and walking distance to Rudaky avenue, National Museum and Rudaky Park. The owner and his brother are very kind and helpful. They speak English which makes things pretty much easier.

The property was clean, easily accessible and in a great location . The owner was incredibly helpful and accommodating( allowing us to check in 3 hours early after a change in plans left us in Dushanbe much earlier than expected )

We had electricity shut down a few times during our stay. AC only in the room and not cooling that much, we felt pretty hot all the time. The appartement is also quitte dark.
The owner is very kind and helpful. He gave us a ride to and from his appartement, which we really appreciated.
