The room was to a high standard, the staff were very friendly and the view from the room onto the city was brilliant.

The lift wasn't working for around an hour at one point but this isn't the responsibility of the hotel.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location is perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and main attractions. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh options. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Smaller size room

Nice, simple and clean hotel in Dushanbe. Access to actual hotel was a bit unorthodox. Had to go in through a back door. Breakfast was adequate. Location was great. Walking distance from city main attractions. Would definitely recommend.

Access to building

The location is great, the rooms super comfortable and the staff very helpful

The entrance is a little odd and off putting at first but you get use to it, and the breakfast could do with a bit more effort, everything was pretty bad except the fruit and some cake

Breakfast needs improvement, needs to be fresh. It’s possible I got sick from it on my first morning having breakfast there Lifts looked lovely in golden mirrors but sometimes they’re not working properly. Annoying

Hotel Location was good but access to hotel was not from the main street , you should pass from a lane and enter to Hotel via behind door of the building and which was not so comfortable , breakfast was not so good , room has no fridge

Staff were very kind with us. Our room was very comfortable and modern. The hotel rooms are located in the top floors of the building. There are other hotels in the building, so it might be confusing for some guests, but for us was easy. We also had a seamless pick up at the airport, also very nice driver. Within 10 minutes walking distance there are bars and restaurants and the city center is also an easy walk.

Location is great. Rooms offer panoramic view. Hotel staff is super friendly, they go extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Breakfast was OK. Though I would expect bigger variety of local produce, a better coffee, juices. And water!

Friendly staff

I often pass through Dushanbe and stay at the Baland Hotel because the staff are friendly and the location is excellent

- location (central, walking distance to everything) - staff (friendly, helpful & speaking english)

- WiFi was super slow (we had rear room in the corridor) - breakfast on 2nd day was not re-filled - super hard beds

Helpful staff

Hotel Baland has a great location — it’s close to many parks and attractions in Dushanbe, which was definitely a highlight of our stay. The room looked similar to the photos.

It didn’t have a fridge. When we asked the staff about it, they said it was under repair. Unfortunately, since we were only staying for two nights, it was never brought to us.

The room and bathroom were clean, comfortable and modern. The AC worked greatly. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had some nice variety.

The variety of drinks at breakfast was a bit limited. The entrance to the hotel is a bit hard to find (reached from the backyard).
