No Negative! Just a heads up: It’s a self check-in process. If you don’t have internet access or enough credit for roaming calls, you might run into some trouble. Usually, the check-in instructions arrive a day or so in advance, but since it wasn’t clearly mentioned on Booking.com, it could catch guests off guard. We were very lucky, a kind person on the street helped us out (Tajik people are truly amazing: so helpful and welcoming), but it was a bit embarrassing at the time. I’d recommend the apartment owner communicate the self check-in details a bit earlier to avoid any confusion.

Very cozy and cool apartment! Since it's a newly built building, everything was in great condition. We stayed for two days and had everything we needed. For someone planning to stay longer, like a week or more, it’s a perfect choice. The location was also excellent. In Dushanbe, this area is ideal.... don’t worry too much about looking for an “old town” vibe, there really isn’t one. But from here, it's easy to access everything around the city.

The staff's attitude was off. He sent me to exchange money because I had no change instead of him trying to help me. I highly recommend installing wifi.

Building itself and surrounding area are still an active construction site, so expect some noise (drilling, hammering. etc.). No WiFi and unusable, extremely slow mobile internet inside the building, even next to the window.

Brand new building, nice neighborhood, the studio is very comfortable, spacious bathroom. Laundry service available.

It's barely equipped with anything. There was a used bar of soap, that's it. Initially there was not even dish soap provided, neither tea or paper towels. It's these little things that can make a traveler's life much easier. The washing machine is on another floor and shared between multiple units. It can be difficult to find a time when it's free. There's heavy construction going on outside, sometimes 24 hours of noise.

Very nice, modern and clean flat. New residential building. Just like in the pictures. Basically reminds of a 4 star hotel room with a comfy bed and spacious bathroom. The host ist super reactive and always available to answer questions. Great neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. To reach the touristy sights, you'll have to take a taxi.

The walls are super thin and you could hear the next door. At midnights the neighbors are super loud shouting and screaming and laughing till 3,4 am. Early mornings there is super loud construction noise next door and from above floor. The toilet leaks water and the shower water gets stuck and overall it’s smelly. There was no shampoo or proper hand wash only some used open soaps

It was nice room with good location close to airport and city main street. There was microwave and water cooker. The owner was helpful so while waiting for our visa he let us extend the stay daily.

There was a smell in the bathroom From the drains and the light above the vanity mirror had voltage running through it, it zapped me. We also were not given a chip or code to enter the building so we had to wait for someone else to enter or ask someone to open it for us. This was annoying

The room was simple and comfortable. A good place to get some work done. There was also Wi-Fi. Getting the key and entering the room were hassle free. The host was quick to respond

I hadn’t received the arrival instructions so got a bit lost trying to find where it was and needed to ask neighboring shop. Someone finally called the owner for me cause I couldn’t and realized I hadn’t received any detail. A bit complicated to get in. Wanted to do some laundry but when I got a reply to my question, it was too late, so disappointing for that. limited supplies: ran out of toilet paper quickly and there is no dishwashing soap or drying towel. Like others pointed out, a bit noisy because of construction.
