I didn't like the location. My room was way too expensive for what it was worth. My room was oceanfront, but my view was terrible, and there was no access to the beach. To get to the beach, I had to walk 15 min. Inaccurate website description. NO WORTH THE MONEY!

The pool view was ok, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I didn’t like the room. It had a big smell after cleaning spray and it didn’t feel very comfortable.

Update the facilities, curtains need fixing, tv not working and general wear and tare. But the view was outstanding and made up for this. Didn’t like the constant noise from the Ibiza bar until 2/3am every morning. This lets the island down.

The manager lady was super friendly and helpful. The boys managed our bags and took care of things. The view was incredible…

Bathrooms had a very intense smell of some chemical(?) and in the bungalows you can hear the music from neighboring club all night (very loud).

The beds were very hard, the pillows were soft that much that u had nothing under your head and sadly there is no where said that the place is close to the very loud bar witch is playing music until 3am so the whole cottage is just shaking from the ground. So i recon is perfect place for party ppl but not for families at all

The room we had was smelly, the shower didn’t work very well and it was noisy, we returned here because the first time we went 7 years ago we stayed in a hut with sea view but due to the price we stayed in a standard room i would recommend booking a hut with sea view and not staying in a standard room.

The best thing about the property is the amazing view from the infinity pool it’s absolutely stunning watching the sunset here. The staff and the manager are so lovely and helpful here

No proper instillation so the cold air from aircon was not staying in the room. ( room was hot ) Bathroom very outdated.

THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE. They will intrude in your privacy. As soon as the checkout time is done, they will come inside your room and ask you to leave the place.

The owner of the place is so sweet. She will make sure that you are comfortable at every level. She is the gem of a person. The location is amazing. The view from the room is breathtaking. The breakfast is too good.

Our room had one window with a view of a wall in the hallway. The hotel is not located directly at the party area but it’s still very loud and you can hear the music until late at night. We weren’t able to shower with the shower head hanging because it was facing the wall. Sheets had a burnmark in them. For 100€ a night I expected way more. I would have been fine with this property if I had paid 30€ a night but sadly that wasn’t the case.

There was no bar to buy anything!! area round the pool very limited couldn’t even order a drink (not even a water) we were told to go to the shop and buy our own no alcohol available either. Abit of a walk away from everything and this was one of the pricier places we stayed in Thailand

The rooms are very basic, dark and dated. They could do with a refresh. One of our rooms didn’t have hot water, no working bedside lights and no bedside tables in either. More attention to detail is needed and clearing the pool of the previous days debris and cigarette butts is a must. Also the pictures shown on Booking.com make the property look much more inviting than it actually is. We had to wait half an hour for beers to get cold by the pool.

Swimming pool and room views were lovely. Met by porter to carry our bags to the hotel and back to the ferry. The owner was helpful.

Is situated right across the bay from the busiest strip in town. The cabins walls are thin and the music is incredibly loud until 3am every night. Air con was acceptable but not overly cooling.

This property is located in a really poor area. Quite a walk from town and it’s impossible to sleep until 3 am each night as the music on the beach is so loud and faces this property. Much better properties for the money

The AC was not functioning on day 1 making it a little uncomfortable in the March summers. The location was a little hard to trek.

It’s quite loud due to the location on the small hill. You basically hear the music from the beach very loudly until 3pm. Stuff is not really engaged. Too expensive for what this property has to offer.

Stairs to the pool are dangerous. The bed linen needs to be replaced as there were stains on the sheets and pillows. Showerhead did not have a holder. Koh Phi Phi has to address the sewage waste/smell and waste issue leading up to the location. The music from the beaches also makes it impossible to sleep until it's over at 3 am. Both of these are out of Cobble Beach’s control but dramatically impact the quality of the visit to this location/koh.

Noisy rooms - could hear things we didn't want to hear next door :s

Stayed here 8 years ago & it's a bit run down at the moment. No bar / resturant open other then for breakfast so you have to walk down to even get water. Pool view is great!

It is only worth it if you stay in a bungalow, not for a standard room. It is very far away from the center so you need to walk around 20 minutes to get everywhere, however, you still can hear the loud music from the beach but that noise is happening in the whole island. The pillows were very uncomfortable and we found a cockroach in our bed, but i think that is because we slept obviously in the middle of nature so there is a lot of bugs around. Aircon works good but is extremely loud

The bungalow’s with sea view are really nice, the swimming pool in front of the sea is stunning

The place is too close to bars and clubs what makes it impossible to really have a quiet environment until 3am.

It is so loud, I was surprised it wasn't mentioned on any other reviews prior to us booking. The music from the clubs echoes up the beach and it feels like the bed is next to the speakers. Some rooms are better than others (the lady moved us) but it's still loud until 2am. If you don't mind that, this place is perfect. Bring

The view at the pool is beautiful, it is also where they serve breakfast and it's such a stunning start to the day. The female owner is lovely and takes good care of her guests. Breakfast was nice, as were the rooms.
