The fan bungalow rooms were very poor. No hot water or fridge. Cheap but not worth it. There was quite a bit of "stuff" lying around the ground which detracts from the feel. Old batteries, building waste etc. On site dive shop was about the most expensive i saw.

Good location. Right in walking street and near beach. The breakfast was fine. Same every day. The family room was a good size for 4 people. You are really paying for the location with this hotel. Pick up service was good and on time. If diving it was nice that they did arrange a takeaway breakfast.

Overall very happy with the resort. Our only comment would be that the gardens could do with some tidying up especially around the entrance/ remove the piles of bin bags etc.

We stayed at 2 bungalows. They were very basic and small. There was no hot water and the key card gave us trouble. For what we paid I don't feel we got the value.

The resort is located quite close to pubs and they play their music quite loud in the evenings till late.

Our family room was a great open space with balconies. The resort had a great pool and 3m dive pool. It was on the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. You could hire scooters from the hotel and we took a dive experience with the onsite dive school which was fantastic.

Great location. Free port pick up and drop off by the hotel. Breakfast (included in our room rate) at the beachside cafe was lovely. Very close (but far enough away from the action of shops, bars and restaurants. Free room upgrade was lovely.

The restaurant and room was pretty expensive for Thailand, however we stayed in a deluxe ac. twin room. We had a few noisy people around us, but that's not the hotels fault. A little too close to the nightclub and guests can park their noisy scooters below the balconies which can wake you up,

Very close to the beach and shops. Breakfast was pretty good, with options. Room was big, great Asian style decor with private balcony and comfortable furniture. Very good air con and wifi worked well. Nice big modern bathroom.

Enjoyed our stay at Seashell resort. We had a family room which was at the back near the road, which places you within a stones throw of the busy nightlife, however once in your room you cannot hear anything. The room was really spacious with a sliding door between us and our teenage kids. Air conditioning worked great. I was ill whilst there and honestly it was the best place on our trip to have to take to a queensize comfy bed for a few days. I think the resort is a little run down overall but the staff were helpful and friendly. The pool is fine and wasn't ever busy.

The huts are very cute on the outside but nothing special on the inside and could maybe do with updating. If you're more about appearances and aesthetics this might not be the place for you. There was one uneven area of decking between the two pools which had people tripping on it every day. It's not a big deal but it could probably do with some warning tape or fixing.

My little hut was everything I needed. Air con worked well and the shower was great. The bed was comfy and there was a little fridge for keeping water in. The pool area is very attractive with plenty of comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas. Breakfast was delicious with a stunning view of the beach. The location was ideal for me.

This hotel just needs some attention given to it. It’s tired but with some investment could be very good. There was rubbish lying around everywhere in the grounds.

Clean site, although construction going on around it, but not too noisy or dusty.

Large spacious room. Great location right by the beach and along the walkway, away from the main road. Close to lots of tasty eating places. Great view for breakfast. Good PADI dive school attached where I was able to do my refresher and join a dive on their boat. World class dive sites around the island. Small island easy to go out and explore the other sites and beaches. Snorkel tour around the island is a must, on one of the day trips (we used Oxygen - excellent).

The staff were surly. The restaurant on site was very limited and the breakfast was quite poor.

Stayed one night in the hut and hated it. Changed to a garden room which was spacious. Reception manager awful to deal with, not customer focused and quite unfriendly. Other staff encounters were nice. Overall given the amazing location would recommend here. Choose a different dive centre.

Mixed views - location is amazing!!! We missed it when we moved onto a different hotel on the island. Pricepoint is good given the close proximity to the beach and super restaurants. Would recommend staying here but don’t expect luxury.

Complementary pick up and drop off at the ferry pier. Great location on Hat Sairee, near to good restaurants and dive schools. Pervious reviews made me worried about cleanliness, however our family bungalow was clean.
