The beddings were not changed during the six nights we stayed; they should be changed at least every two days. Our towels were not changed at all during our stay, which should be done daily. Additionally, there was no study table, although I did not request one. We were there for exam preparation. Lastly, there were no bathroom slippers provided.

The only concern that i have was the blanket. It wasnt fully close so the inside of the blanket were going out. And to my surprise, I fould liquid stains in it in which I just tried to use the other end of the blanket.

I like that staff were very accomodating when I had some concern, they were able to fix it right away. Everything is actually Great. I would totally recommend everyone to stay here.

No kettle in room, had to go to lobby hot water, location down a side street, not the best location for tourist attractions, but only 20-30 minuses taxi ride away, restaurant on site but not open on our visit. Too much clutter in room.

There was definitely a smell of mould or water leakage. There was alot of dols all over the house. Made it creepy. The Spa had closed down . The gym area closed down aswell. The shower ceiling was breaking up. Didn't really like the surrounding area.

Everything is as it looks in the picture. It had a very vintage rustic look. They cleaned the rooms and made sure we had sufficient water for drinking and clean bathing towels. The staff was really helpful and friendly

Suits my needs perfectly. A unique place. Hopefully for some time to come.

I've stayed here a lot over the last year to chill and to work. Staff have always been most courteous and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious with excellent, idiosyncratic furnishings. Beds are how I like them, not too firm, not too soft. A good area - quiet with restaurants, swimming pools etc within walking distance.

No room cleaning, everything is old and shabby, the AC remote was barely functioning. Their floor hallways are cluttered with all sorts of old furniture and boxes, which is a fire hazard. Also there was a stench coming from the bathroom piping the whole time. But honestly, the cherry on top was a chonky cockroach hanging out in my room's bathroom....

The staff is the best thing about this hotel, I am very grateful for them 🙏

First impression was a dirt on the floor in the room, either you have to wipe the floors your self or walk in your shoes. Same as floor, dust was on top of all objects in the room, I am sure it was not cleaned for a month or over. For two nights of our stay no one turned up to clean the room. Everything in this facility has aged and proper renewal required. I will never choose to stay at this place, especially with kids again. Carpark lot is right outside on the street, I definitely cannot say that this is parking space, you can park same any other place of narrow streets of city. There are no restaurants anywhere near by (I consider 30 mins walk area), only one pizza place and a lot of street food on mornings and evenings. Price seems to be attractive but I am 100% sure you can find more decent place for same money.

This relates to family room on top floor, we were booking family corner room but I believe got other. There are lots of rooms in this facility, I would call it home hotel (bed&breakfast type). Room we got was huge with lots of furniture (tables, chairs, sofa) - there are three main zone - living room, kitchen and bedroom. Room is on the top floor with outside live garden on the balcony - surely can enjoy evenings there - available table and chairs outside. On the other side of the room there is a balcony. I honestly believe that 5-10 years ago it was a very nice place to stay and was fully booked all times.

I sent an request about early check in. No answer until in the evening when I already checked in. The room was not clean at all. Although I arrive at 7pm. Towels on the floor, sheets were not clean, garbage in the bins. I go down to tell them. They sent cleaners. 30min I have to wait for ghem to clean the room. When I go to the room they spray half a can of airfreshner to cover the stink. I requsted a new room. Full they said. But as I compared it to make love with a woman who has not shower for many days. Only use perfume. They produced a new room. Free coffee but no kettle. Open up some drawers just to find garbage everywhere I open. Had not been cleaned for a looong time. i will never go back or recommend this hotel.

Weird place. I only booked it because it was close to the hospital. One very helpful young man was working there. I hope he get a job at another hotel.
