We had a room (503) on the 5th floor but unfortunately, on the road side. Sleeping was very difficult because it is a noisy street due to the high speed traffic at night. Next time, we will pay attention before booking.

Mostly the location, the size, the style of room. You can easily park, there is a small but nice swimming pool on the 7th floor. There are a lot of very good restaurants nearby, a shopping mall, international supermarket, few 7/11 and Habour land for the kids.

The room was so well-equipped - it would be perfect for long stays as it had excellent storage facilities and brilliant cooking and eating things like toaster, rice-cooker, plates and glasses etc. The room was really comfortable with a sofa and separate reading nook by the window. The location is so good - right across from a centre with loads of bars, restaurants, and cafes - it's not a cheap area, but it's extremely comfortable and accessible. It also felt really safe. Mostly I really recommend staying here for long-stays - I was extremely envious of the storage and kitchen facilities.

Noise from traffic late at night which can be lessen by changing windows to noise absorbing type or provide quests with ear plugs.

My only negative was the policy is a no change of mind or change of dates without losing full payment My plans changed and I could only come for 2 nights instead of 3, Arriving a day later than scheduled but I still had to pay for the 1st night even though the room was vacant. Unfortunately this would be a consideration in me booking this place in the future

1- one of the room A/C was so hot, and we ask so many time to fix it or changing our room with no rooms available. 2- There is no insulating glass. We hear all the road noise. 3- The furniture is old and worn .. not like the picture.

They have shared washing machine which you have to wait alot. The kitchen facility need to be renewed. We had sink in the toilet which not working I think they need to work on that as well. But overall was good stay.

The location is amazing and easy to find taxis and there is lots of restaurants and small mall opposite to the location. Not far away from nana Street. Place is safe. The reception staff was amazing and helpful and smiling.

The apartment felt tired and not like the photos. Before we arrived I asked repeatedly for a single bed to be added to our room but the staff forgot. We broke a glass accidentally and they charged us £5 which we thought was excessive and charged for the few drinks in the fridge. The staff booked us a x5 seater taxi to the airport however one for x4 people showed up so we didn’t fit. The residents would leave their shoes in the corridors which was slightly odd. All in all it wasn’t the 5 star rating that shows on Booking.com
