FranceWe had to change bungalow because the A/C wasn't working. There was not enough shower gel in the shower and the room could have been attended the next day. Breakfast was so so and certaily not the juice and the instant coffee. Pity, because this could really improve the service. The resort remained empty.
The location is really idyllic. The beach is absolutely pristine and clean. The pool is also nice. The bungalow with a seaview was also great.

United KingdomBed mattress a bit hard . Breakfast was average kinda buffet but it's to be expected being so quite after being hit by covid and tourism being quite.
Nice cabin with open roof toilet and shower. Nice clean pool staff very friendly . The even drove us to the ferry to koh tao in the morning .

United KingdomThis is not a negative, more a heads up - make sure you have a scooter, bicycle or car as the location is quite isolated and a fair old yomp for the town and restaurants.
Absolute paradise - we loved our stay at this beautiful resort. Booked a sea view villa and it did not disappoint (simply stunning). Staff - very friendly and approachable. We ordered food and drink onsite, which was excellent and reasonably priced. Location - very quiet and exactly what we were looking for. Will we be staying again? 100% yes. Thank you, Rachavadee Bankrut Resort team.

IrelandIt's a very rundown hotel. No wardrobe or safe in the room. The TV wasn't even a flat screen. I recommend that you don't stay here ever. Breakfast was included in the booking price but they still charged me 100 baht for 2 cups of the worst coffee I've ever tasted. The breakfast itself was really bad too.🤢
