The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. It’s great that it is in the middle of the amazing greens and lovely animals like cats and squirrels. The staff was also so nice to animals and almost all of them smiling.

The sea was too rocky and the prices in the restaurant was a bit high. We hit our leg couple of times to the wooden bed corner.

The hotel is on the seafront, a few steps from the Silver Beach, which is small and very shallow. The hotel is quite large and also offers a paid massage service. The staff are very attentive.

The restaurant has an amazing location but the breakfast could be more varied, it is very basic. Koh Samui is a bit expensive and calling a Grab, even for short distances, is quite expensive. We chose to rent a motorbike in the hotel.

Beautiful place to stay. Bungalows are clean and well kept. Breakfast is very generous. The bay is one of the best on the island - safe, clean white sand, and deep enough to swim all day.

Location isn’t fantastic - good enough and the beach makes up for it - but be prepared to get taxis if you want to explore. Lamai night market is a good bet for food. The resort restaurant and bar close at 9pm

Everything was fantastic. Truly blown away by the beach and the gardens and the room, terrace, location and nearby amenities were all equally wonderful. The restaurant food was delicious and there are several great places to eat nearby also, at good prices. This particular beach is very shallow for about 10 metres - perfect for kids. Incredible value for money.

    A perfect stay.

Location, staff, daily cleaning, food, value for money. The beach is perfect for families or people who want to chill. Beach gets busy during the day but it’s so peaceful and chill from about 5pm. Only the sound of waves and crickets. Super easy to get to Lamai or Chaweng, especially if you get grab bikes. You can walk into Lamai if you want - footpath is good. Takes about 20 mins. 7/11 and pharmacy very close.

Pillows a bit too hard and big.

We had a bungalow with a sea view, location was great. The room was large with a great outdoor bathroom and lovely hot shower. Room was cleaned daily! Breakfast was excellent - you could order as much as you like and it was all made to order. Staff were very nice!

No sun loungers or chairs on the beach but didn’t bother us at all- sand was lovely and soft!

Thank you so much. We had stayed here when we first arrived in the islands and it was so good, we booked it for our last night after doing a bit of traveling on other islands in the gulf of Thailand. Fantastic ☺️

Nice small beach with very clean water. Houses are located right next to the beach. It would be nice if they provided a few sun loungers at the beach though.

Very outdated rooms that need renovation, especially the porch and the bathroom. The wood on our porch was rotten on several places. Rooms are quite small. Have in mind that in most rooms the bathroom is only partially covered, so there will be animal visitors, if raining or windy lots of leaves end up in the shower. For some reason our shower only had very hot water. Although it is nice that you get one beach towel per person, this is the only hotel in which we only received one bath towel per person, not even a single smaller hand towel. The breakfast is okay, but nothing special, you have to order it from their breakfast menu.

The hotel is in the middle of the lush garden, next to Crystal bay beach which is awesome. There are about 20 bungalows, big enough and a big bathroom out in the open. It was spotless, very clean, everyday cleaning and new towels for the bathroom and the beach. Breakfast is great, no buffet though, but so many choices to choose from and you can order as much as you like, fresh and delicious. The staff are very nice and tender to your every wish. Beds and pillows... Omg, we slept like babies! That was our favorite thing! Smart TV in the bungalow for connecting to your Netflix. Two half liter waters added to the fridge daily complimentary. The swinging net in the middle of the little resort is such a plus. Beautiful setting and very comfortable.

Since you're in the middle of the garden there are some mosquitos, but it's not that bad. Repellant is a must anyway. You must take a taxi to Lamai night market and Lamai, which is quite expensive. We walked there once but it was very hot and humid so we do not recommend it, takes about 20 to 30 minutes. The restaurabt/bar at the hotel is open only until 5pm. You can hear a little bit of traffic from the main road day and night but the birds and other beautiful nature sounds are so mesmerizing that the traffic sounds are not a problem. The cleaning staff sweeps the path around the bungalows at 6am or 7.30 am, which was early in the morning for us, we could hear it and it woke us up, that was quite annoying. But we didn't say anything to the hotel so.... These are really minor things, we didn't mind them, we would definitely recommend Promtsuk Buri, especially if you don't mind the taxi expenses to go around.

The bungalows are beautiful and so close to the beach. The breakfast is good, especially the fresh fruits and the banana pancakes. There was no lightning in the evening for the beach but it was just so lovely and quiet sitting there. We enjoyed our stay a lot and can highly recommend staying there!

Nice hotel on a lovely beach. If you want to stay on Koh Samui, near the action of Lamai beach but not in the town then it is a good option. Fair warning that the taxis on the island are very expensive so if you want to go anywhere from the hotel it will cost (e.g. the 5 min journey to Lamai was 200 bhat).

Nothing, all was as described in the pictures.
