Shower could be hotter. No light near the bed. Very basic. Very nice garden and walkways attention to rubbish collection would be good. Soggy hash browns seem to be common in Thailand to use the pool cabanas....1000B has to been spent

The room was not particularly nice and the bathroom was quite grotty, air con doesn’t work too well and the beds are quite uncomfortable. There was also no shower curtain so the bathroom gets very wet.

Really gorgeous pool, restaurant and delicious breakfast in a stunning setting by the beach.

Hotel was lovely on the beach. Bit of noise at night which kept some of our group awake and the beds were like bricks. I think mattress toppers would be a great way of having more comfort

Hotel is basically dirty. Very little maintenance, trash visible everywhere between plants.

It's in downtown. Close to everything. It's not as laud coz near bars as people saying in reviews. But yes mousic until 3am is hearable.

Bathroom maybe a bit dated and the room could do a bit of painting but we had all we needed. Small room but again for the money and what we needed was perfect, we were out most of the time.

Great location. We were a bit reluctant about the bookong because all the comments on how loud it was and people could not sleep apparently, but we were pleasantly surprised. I feel like it really depends on where your room is located in the building. The bar/ restaurant for the accommodation was closed completely after 7:30 pm so no noise directly grom them just feom the street pub opposite. Also there was a loud bar on the beach, but again, if your room is not close/facing the beach (our one wasn't) we barely could hear the street pub qith earplugs in slept like a baby. Our room was T205. Reception was very accommodating and polite, saying we could pay just for one night and see how we get on with the noise and cancel the other night if unbearable which I thought was really nice of them. Location spot on. Both pools super cool. Pillows were nice and bouncy. Someone picked us from the pier and carried our luggage to hotel too which was a nice touch.

I was assigned a room near to the street so it was loud music banging late through the night. Also cleanliness was sub-standard

Rooms are drama. Very old, dirty and airco is making a lot of noice. We had a standard room so if you book here better to book the best room. I have my doubts if this is better😩

I travel a lot but this was the strangest check in I have ever had. I booked 2 nights but the lady at the reception asked me if I would pay for 1 night first. I asked why, she referred to the noice in the night. She was correct but where else can you go on Phi Phi island without the noice and the people. Crazy island. Resort in general is located on a perfect spot at the beach and behind the busy center. Cool was the live DJ.

As location is right on the Main Street it gets very noisy at night time (although we stayed in the blocks closest to the street). Although staff did give us the option to stay one night and see how we got on before we paid for the rest of it.

Lovely pool looking out onto the beach, pool beds weren’t too busy. Room was basic but clean. Breakfast was exceptional. Probably the best buffet breakfast I’ve ever had, great variety between local and western foods. Staff very helpful and polite. Location is right just the Main Street.

Bathroom needed a deeper clean, mould in the shower area. Block ab is close to the entrance of the resort so close to where the bars are so can be abit noisey at times.

The room was terrible. The bathroom as well. Old furniture and bath facilities like WC and sink, that did not looked cleaned at all.

The location is excellent. The view from the pool is also super nice. The breakfast is awesome.

Room was next to a noisy bar finishing at 1am. Beds are too hard but staff added something on top to make it softer. Water of the shower is alternatively hot and then cold.
