Bit outdated decor etc and bathroom not the best.

Own private bungalow on a hill top with gorgeous views. Bungalows are private and huge with lots of space!

Be prepared to walk alot of stairs (that don’t feel the safest) to get to your room. Definitely seems like they are still recovering from the effects of covid and there needs to be some serious maintenance work done. Would be great once they get to complete this.

Good location, friendly staff. Watched the monkeys in the trees from our bedroom window.

A fridge was not working. Also sometimes it is not the best option to have reception available only until 8pm. But in general all good.

View was good enough, quite a new bungalow comparing to what I had before. Helpful stuff, quite place.

This was a nice little hotel. Our room was exactly 100 stairs up.. no lifts and with someone who has a knee injury it wasn't the best but the views from our room were worth it !! We woke up to a monkey in our room too that was fun

The washrooms were too basic & the doors were not acoustic. All the party sounds would get into the room at nights.

The island is being turned into Benidorm which is a shame . But plenty to find to eat and drink and great boat trips . The tea , coffee needs replacing if used

The stairs! I have a bad tummy and cannot exert myself but we had to climb circa 200 stairs to our room There was no mention of this on booking.com

The sheets had some stains, and the bathroom wasn’t too too clean. The loud music from the coast really echoes in to the bungalow, can be hard to fall asleep sleep.

After reading all of the reviews I was abit worried to stay here but after visiting myself I can say that it’s great value for money, clean, and just what u need when staying in phi phi

The hotel was situated nearby the view point and as the rooms are set on stairs up the mountain the view from all rooms were beautiful ! Mr Bond at reception was always ready to help and was polite and friendly. We ended up staying an extra 2 nights here which again Mr Bond helpfully sorted for us.

The stairs, after being out in a boat for 8 and a half hours swimming they were a bit hard to walk up , but worth it because of the view.

You can here the music from the clubs all night!! Rooms are very run down but fit for purpose.

Property is in a good location, not too many stairs to climb either…Rooms are a good size and clean. There is a swimming pool but very small and over chlorinated!

you have to climb 110 steps to the top rooms. music so loud from beach if you are higher up
