This hotel is an absolute gem in the centre of Phi Phi. Just a few steps from the hustle and bustle but yet incredibly peaceful. We had pool access rooms that were large, clean and beautifully decorated with private bathrooms and air con. The pool area was small but lovely and we pretty much had the place to ourselves. We planned to stay for 2 nights but extended our stay for another night and would have done more if we were not flying home.

All was great. The breakfast a la carte offers somehow limited choice of food comparing to other places, but all that we had was very tasty. It would be good to add few umbrellas next to the swimming pool.

Bed could have been more comfortable and the shower drain in one of the rooms got clogged and also the toilet in the other room got clogged so plumbing issues. Didn't report any of these issues to the staff in that moment though (we had a short stay and we were busy) so I don't know if they could have helped

The room on the first night, however we understand that sometimes there can be problems, and the staff dealt with it very well.

When we arrived we were informed that there was a leak in our room, and therefore we wouldn’t be able to stay in that room for that night, and were moved to one of the smaller rooms. The smaller room was ok, but the bed wasn’t brilliant and the room was a bit small. However, as a result of this, we were offered a full refund for the night, which was very good of them. When our room was available we moved in, and it was fantastic. Very clean, a nice bathroom and lovely balcony. A really nice room. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Hotel was easy to get to, 7/11 just around the corner. The room exceeded our expectations and it was the best room we stayed in whilst travelling round Thailand. Staff were amazing and couldn’t of been more helpful and spoke very good English

There was no communication before I arrived and during the stay I felt staff was a bit nonchalant. However, everything on Koh Phi Phi is easy to find/arrange so it was not a big deal in the end.

Very spacious room, big balcon, I had a nice green view. It was quite even though very close to the pier and in PhiPhi town. It was clean and had good A/C. Comfortable bed. I didn't use the pool but it looked nice.

There is no elevator in a 3 floor building, though the staff kindly helped with the luggage.

The room was amazing and exceeded all expectations. The hotel itself is 3 stars, I think, because it is quite small and doesn't have many special facilities except for the small but nice pool. However, the room is 5 stars! It has a huge window with a balcony offering a view of nature. The design is beautiful, and everything is brand new. I’m not sure if all the rooms are like this, as the hotel recently underwent renovations. The hotel is located in a central yet quiet area. Though at night, some noise from beach parties can be heard, it’s not loud enough to interfere with sleep. The breakfast is à la carte (not a buffet). While there aren’t many options, the food is fresh and tasty.

Drain pipes smells after heavy rain but I think it’s because that’s a small island and substructure is not the best, so it’s not really hotel’s fault. We had problem in toilet because of the rain but staff solved the problem immediately.

Place is in very good condition and looks aesthetic. Rooms are huge compared to Thailand standards. Breakfast included in your reservation - you can choose one dish, coffee and juice from breakfast menu per person and I think that should be mentioned in booking - everyone is surprised when found out about it :) Staff is friendly and very helpful as usual in Thailand

Everything was excellent or good. The only thing I’d say to improve is the breakfast. The hotel could do with adding more to a plate.

Property was central to get to all the places we wanted to get to. Couldn’t hear any noise from elsewhere either once we were in our hotel. Room inc bathroom was very clean & bright and spacious too. Service was excellent, offering help & advice when needed.
