The tours that the hotel offered were not the best since the person who was responsible for the tours didn’t really like his job and didn’t give us any attention when we asked.

A really tropical place in a secluded area only accessible by boat. Really recommended!

    Nothing!

We stayed in one of the villas nearest to the diving pool. Room was exceptionally clean and maintained daily. The choice for breakfast was fantastic and had something for everyone. Staff were polite and friendly. Nice to stay out of the busy town area. But most of all the view! Incredible!!!

I couldn’t say goodbye to my favorite cat :( Everything was amazing nothing to say that I didn’t like. The restaurant can be a little bit expensive (it’s an island so it’s understandable) but we preferred to spend more at the restaurant of the hotel rather than the center for the really good food, we ate seafood and a lot of chicken no problem here neither. Restaurant really good !😊

The hotel was amazing the beach of the hotel is really a +, the staff is really professional and fun to speak with. I have to say that if you like cats, this is the hotel you want to go to, the cats are so well behaved very cute. You have everything to make you comfortable in this hotel, really a paradise on earth. The rooms are magnificent, the view we had was breathtaking, no sound from the neighbours you have a big balcony and some seats it was amazing. You can see the island where Maya Bay is from the beach 24/7 it’s really great atmosphere, great snorkeling spot just in front of you. We went during the rainy season and the weather was ok, on 6 days of stay just one day of big storm, the other days were sometimes cloudy but very hot. The ride from the hotel to the center on boat is fast and it’s 100 baht per person, it’s easy to get to. One thing to say maybe is that in bad weather the boat will drop you off a little before you’ll have to go through the jungle but it’s really ok. We loved the cats a lot!

Please be aware that as you are staying on an island you can’t flush the toilet paper! Also the view cabins are steep- it is worth it…but 3 flights of stairs to get there!

We stayed in a gorgeous treetop villa. The view was mesmerising over the beach and beyond. It was beautifully decorated for my husband’s significant birthday. Thank you!

It’s a little bit difficult to have to pick up a taxi boat everytime you want to move around the island, but it’s not a problem.

    - Most cabins are accessed via fairly steep climb up a hill. - The main strip of Phi Phi can only be accessed via long tail boat taxi, which was quite expensive and tricky to get on and off, often involved jumping from the boat into knee-deep sea on the beach. Our teenagers loved this but we middle aged parents found this tricky, especially in the dark. Free transfers are offered by the resort, but only when arriving at, and departing from the resort. - Our cabin had a strong sewage smell in the bathroom which was unpleasant. This was likely to be a one off problem with our cabin though as we had rented a second cabin for our kids which was fine and had no bad smell.

Lovely views from all cabins across the bay to Phi Phi Ley. Stunning from every angle.

Not easy get around for those not in moderate shape. Long boat to Tonsai Pier require a good amount of agility to climb in and out of using the metal ladders and in the ocean. Hotel restaurant is the only option if you can't get to Tonsai Pier.

This will be super detailed for future travelers. First and foremost, we throughly enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. But that doesn't mean it's a good fit for all. I also want to mention right away to dispell many of the negative comments... we stayed here for 5 nights and did not encounter 1 rude employee. We did see many tourists treating employees poorly so we strongly feel like some people expect kindness even when they're being impolite. We greeted everyone with a little Thai and a smile and always recieved the same back. Everyone speaks great English but knowing hello/ good bye and thank you go a very long way here and is very appreciated. Except for the long boat drivers but that's not the hotels fault. We wanted to stay on a more peaceful beautiful beach with good restaurants with bars nearby and Phi Phi Beach didn't disappoint. The only negative is that you need to take a long boat ride from the pier to the hotel. While the actual rides are quick (10 minutes) getting in and out of the boats from the beach isn't that easy. We saw many people fall into the water getting off. If you have any mobility issues at all (including less agile seniors) then you may want to avoid the long boats which are the only way to and from the main pier. The hotel provides their own pickup and drop-off but only for arriving and departing. These will be done pier to pier (no getting in or out on the beaches) however if conditions are rough then you may have to do so from the beaches at the hotel. We had to on departure during the rainy season. Speaking of being agile... the resort is built on the side of a mountain. While they will always provide transportation to and from rooms when requested you'll still need to be able to get around a bit on foot. This isn't a great place for anyone largely out of shape. And being set in the jungle means you'll need to buy bugspray!!

Not much to do at the resort at night possibly because we came in low season. We loved everything else.

Absolutely gorgeous resort, stunning beach and amazing rooms, room was lovely and spacious. Lovely beach and lots of sun loungers, sea is beautiful and lovely to swim in. Restaurant was also very good. You can get a boat into town on the hour at the resort for 100baht per person, we had no problems and found this very convenient.

There's nothing that I didn't like. This place is perfect.

I live in Thailand now, and this might be my favorite beach resort. The beach area is beautiful. You can snorkel right off the beach, and the water is teeming with colorful fish. For children and those not confident about swimming, at low tide you can even stand up and see the fish all around you. A short distance away is a small rocky island where many dive boats go. The snorkeling is just fantastic. The breakfast buffet is OUTSTANDING. The rooms are beautiful, with great views, a well stocked fridge. The units are uphill. I'm 78 and had no problem, but if you don't like the hills, you can be driven back and forth between the beach area and your room. And the food is great. If you want to go into Phi Phi Town, you can arrange for a water taxi at 100 Baht per person each way. But the best part is the staff. I've stayed before and Teiha has become a good friend. Teiha and the rest of the staff will do everything to make your stay memorable. I plan to go back soon.
