The property is set on the side of a hill a walk away from Phi Phi town. The walk is a good 20 mins but is nice to get away from the town center and feels very secluded and private once at the property. It’s basic but has everything you need and was a lovely place to spend a few nights.

The room was smaller than expected. No fridge to keep things cool either. The toilet is too close to the wall, if I was any taller I wouldn't be able to sit on it, I'm only 5'11". The room was very warm although aircon was on full all the time, this is because of the big gaps in the door. Also, the couple next door were shouting and arguing all night until about 4am, then an hour later screaming his head off because he thought he broke his leg. No sleep due to this. Not the accommodations fault though, they apologised the next morning

The location was tricky to get to at night.The mosquito net didn't fit. Some things that were out of the owners control .. The noise till 3/4 am coming from the town,The cockroachs/ other bugs that live there .

The view from the balcony was stunning,watching the world go by,priceless.

Anyone who goes to Koh Phi Phi must know that it is a party island. Accordingly, the volume of the music is high until the morning.

About a 20-minute walk along the coast and a little difficult to find on your own. But, if you want, you can be picked up at the pier. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. The balcony offers a very nice view. You can rent canoes cheaply and visit the bays. Snorkeling equipment is also available.

Most beautiful view away from the hustle and bustle of main town perfect place to sit on balcony and relax . They very kindly met me from the pier and carried my bags for me. Room has AC too

The walk to the bungalows is very out the way. Definitely message the property about pier pick us as we could not have been able to do the walk with all our luggage. Shower was also not great- could do with an update :)

The views are amazing! Stunning with the sunsets too. Staff were super lovely and helped whenever we needed. They also helped us with our bags from the pier which I would definitely recommend as the bungalows are very secluded

I would say the location, but the staff makes it so easy!

The location was far and a bit of a hike, but if you call the hotel they will carry your luggage for you and it’s worth the walk into the jungle!

the view was amazing, staff were very friendly and welcoming, basic room but had everything we needed and even provided a little coffee station which was lovely. bit of a hidden walkway to get there, but people around the area are very kind and helpful, they contacted the owner for us, who very kindly carried our bags to our stay and showed us around.

The music from nightclubs across the bay travels and you can hear it most of the night. This didn't bother us too much and we were able to sleep through it easily. The walk is a bit tricky in the evening after dark, and would be hard if you have a lot of luggage. For a short stay it's quite fun and we spotted a lot of wildlife on the way!

The staff were so friendly and helpful, we had the warmest welcome on arrival and throughout. We received fresh towels and bottles of water every day, which was a lovely touch. The view from the balcony is one of the best I have ever had, and I think the sunset is the beat you can find in all of Phi Phi! The bed was very firm, which is perfect for me and the air con was good and kept the room cool. The sound of the sea is beautiful from the room!

A bit of a hike to the nearest shops, but this was as expected

It is a big of a trek through woodlands to get there but worth it for the view from the room. It is also very very loud of a night until 3am as there is a beach club doing til 2-3am

Unfortunately, you can hear loud music from a bar about a kilometer away until ~2:15 AM

They borrow you kayak and snorkeling gear for free. If you wake up early in the morning (the fish start to be active after sunrise), borrow the kayak and go snorkeling, you will see more fish than on an overpriced snorkeling tour and you will be the only one there. Beds are very confy

It is really close to the main town of Phi Phi Island and if you like some peace and quiet this is a no go. Parties are until 2 or 3 AM, so if you have to catch an early boat to go diving it's a problem. No wi-fi, which is not a problem, just a slight inconvenience.

Staff is nice and helpful. You have a beautiful view from your little terrace. You can see the bay, the sea, the sunset. Small bungalow, low price, everyday you get drinking water and cleaning services.
