Regarding the resort, maybe more choice of local fruits would be nice. Not strictly related to the resort, I'd take more care of the route to go there. Tourists pay a tax to keep the island clean, but it doesn't seem to be effettively used. It's a pity to see so much trash around before getting to this lovely place!

Full immersion in the nature of Phi Phi island, with an astonishing view and very pretty bungalows. Highly recommended the roof top during sunshine.

Tbh, there wasn't anything we didn't like. It was great!

Excellent welcome (really hospitable and friendly). Easy pick up via boat by the pier, easy to locate. Walked back one night and it's not far at all. Fab location. Great views from the little huts and breakfast was lovely. The owner and all the staff were fantastic.

The road from city to the resort is quite demanding, so shower after a walk is mandatory, and at night you can meet some of the local cockroaches on the way, but while you have a jungle experience by living in nature it is something everybody should be taking into account (they were here long before us and will stay long after :D). Also, make sure to have earplugs for the night as sound from parties travels by water (phiphi is not lanta, so take parties into account while booking).

Great breakfast with a view, helpful and kind personel, clean and comfortable stay. I highly recommend to everyone :)

Although further out of town it is still quite noisy as the music travels across the bay so I recommend ear plugs. They do offer a free transfer by boat across the bay but it was quite disappointing that this was not possible due to a low tide - I do wish they had been more proactive about telling us as we had to run to catch our ferry when we went to leave!

The rooms are private and the set up is very unique. The reception/restaurant is gorgeous. Great view, wonderful food, friendly staff. The bed is very comfortable and good air conditioning. Not a lot of space/storage to unpack but otherwise very nice. Main flag is the location, it is more out of the way and the walk to the accommodation is quite challenging and dark at night - not sure I would want to do this on my own.

Long walk to and from town, but this was well advertised. Be sure to bring insect repellent as well!

Beautiful view, and great transport via flatboat on check-in and check-out. They offered breakfast included, and you were able to purchase extra meals which was great if you didn't fancy the walk into town. Good to also be out of the hustle and bustle of town, as this area was quieter.

The walk from town is quite precarious and although the accommodation is tucked out of the way and quite secluded, the music/noise from the nightlife from the beach area travels,, making it very noisy to sleep at night. Although fully appreciated the issues faced with the water supply, we were very disappointed with the staffs' attitude to the fact that we had no running water to shower for 3 days, and sadly we decided to check out a day earlier, but with no consideration whatsoever for any reimbursement from management.

View was stunning, accommodation was characteristic and adequate, breakfast was good.

Location isn’t great- be prepared to trek 40 minutes from the pier. Staff were very lovely and friendly but when we arrived no one was there to help with our bags (because the staff from all hotels use these wheelbarrows to carry your bags) but every other hotel person was there other than ours so after asking around and waiting we decided to walk (bad bad idea) it was very hot and we had 2 back packs each to carry. The walk is fairly long to the pier and to get to the hotel isn’t easy we had to ask a few people for directions and also not very safe in terms of walking on cliff edges and across planks. Our room was lovely and overall clean but there was a singular cockroach in our bathroom and a a fair few ants in the bathroom who ended up eating the cockroach. Also because the island is small and we were staying the side where the beach is there was a lot of music playing until the early hours of the morning which isn’t a huge problem but when it came to us leaving and having to get up early the next day. We didn’t get much sleep because of the music on the beach

The bungalows have an amazing view (if you book the deluxe option) otherwise you just have a view of the other bungalows! We booked deluxe so had an amazing view. The bed was made beautifully & very comfy. The air conditioning was switched on for us on arrival which was a nice touch. Also had a minibar, with refreshing drinks & snacks. Water & toilet roll replenished daily. Location!! Don’t be put off by the bad location reviews, it is a long walk up steep stairs/hills especially with heavy luggage in the peak of the heat. But this is worth the view:)

We read reviews, thought the walk wouldn’t be a big deal but I’m the mid day sun it was HARD and a generally confusing walk with little to no signage. Their dogs are very cute, but one of them peed on my bag…

Amazing view from the lobby! The staff were very kind and accommodating to let us extend 1 night when we got Bangkok Belly on the island. Gave us extra water and helped us with our bags.

Music from the beach clubs gets amplified in the bay and the noice level in the night is extremely high in the bungalows even if they’re quite far away from the actual clubs. We he great earplugs with us, this helped and I recommend it👍
