Good location! Staff are attentive!

There is no elevator, there are magnetic keys on the doors, we have to go out and take the keys and the air conditioning turns off, and for breakfast the coffee is instant and there are few options.

Located right next to ton sai pier and in the middle of town so very convenient. Can hear faint music from the bars but wasnt enough to disrupt sleep, south side of the island shuts down earlier than the north side i think. Good price. Wifi signal good. Pictures pretty accurate. Nice view of the bay from the balcony.

We knew there was no elevator so we didnt mind walking up to the 5th floor. But didnt think it would be so hot on the upper floors. No AC til you get to your room.

The location was great! The room was clean and the service was great! The breakfast has variety.

Some doors need maintenance, but is not a big deal

Right in centre of town and all amenities, but very quiet..2 minutes to Harbour...2 mins to both East & West beaches....Whats not to like 😎 😑

No lift in the hotel but not an issue for us two...swimming pool was a great bonus..😃

The room size, clearness, bed, pool, location.

The breakfast has limited options, the way that staff is trained to approach the guests are not good. But the worst was seeing cockroaches in the buffet table with the breads. There is no elevators.

I liked the view from the room,the quiet,the location was great and the room was nice plus the staff were very helpful. I liked the hotel that I extended 2 days more.

WiFi wasn't secure,didn't get a bottle of water snd coffee refilled on days I wouldn't have my room cleaned as most hotels do as I had to ask for it.

breakfast ok , many staff , but not diligent e.g. to clearing tables & no hygiene clean or wipe down after , room clean staff ok , reception like to follow the rules with 2 at a time talking at you receptionist ' Nat ' professional & friendly doing a good job working solo ! very handy if walking from ferry & not booked hotel , like me ! ......5 minutes.to ferry [ remember no cars or taxi.on foot job] may as well pay a bit more & book online twin room with sea view if staying for a couple nights l not go to hotel or ko phi phi again but ferry etc ok to do to cross off to do list !

Room was not clean well

-Excellent location. -Lovely staff, always smiling. -Our rooms have a great sea view. -Great swimming pool.

-There were smell of weeds in the hallway which was unpleasant for us but this is our mistake for staying in Tonsai.

The view from my room was phenomenal.

There is no elevator and they put us on the 5th floor. The guy at the reception helped me with my luggage but my boyfriend friend carried his. plus on the 5th floor it is super hot because it is the last floor. but the air conditioner works well

Awesome location , good staff and pool area was very relaxing.
