Good location, pool was lovely.

The breakfast was very standard and eggs were cold.

Amazing views, great location

Bathroom was dated and not very clean. Room smelt damp. Its unfortunate as the hotel location is perfect.

Beds were hard!

The only positive of this old and outdated hotel is close proximity to Ton Sai Pier and a large swimming pool overlooking the bay. The beach is not accessible for most part of the day due to high tide and only opens up after 3pm but it gets so shallow and rocky you can walk in ankle high water through half of bay.

Dont know where to start. The staff was completely unhelpful when asked for a wine glass and pair of forks. I was asked to walk to beach restaurant and ask for a fork , it was closed , come back to hotel they said hotel restaurant is closed and they cant give me the fork and wine glass. There is bird poo everywhere on balcony we had to ask for it to be cleaned. The room wasnt even properly cleaned , furniture is from 90"s and broken. Bathroom mirror wasnt cleaned. This is 2* Hostel like place not looked after and filthy

The location was absolutely stunning, the pool, the ocean it was such a wow moment when we arrived. I had read some reviews before arriving which since staying were and are completely inaccurate. The hotel was beautiful with gorgeous Thai furniture and artwork in our hotel room, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good and the location to the nearby shops and stalls were spot on.

I would of loved the pool to be open a little later than 7pm, this would of been perfect.

Excellent location only a few minutes from the pier where the boat drops you off. The pool was lovely. Hotel was right next to the beach.

The WiFi was not great in the room and in certain parts of the hotel

Amazing view from the room, spacious room with a big bed. Amazing location right next to the pier and 5 mins walk from the main area. Many food and drink options close by. The pool area is stunning with a huge pool, tons of room for many people and lots of sunbeds so you don’t have to fight. Breakfast was good, I wouldn’t pay the hotel price for it but it was good to have it included.

Food and drink at the resort was expensive but this didn’t matter as there’s plenty more option around. The gym is pretty much non functional & the whole place could’ve been a little cleaner but this didn’t affect our experience.

The pool and surroundings are stunning. Location is excellent too. Breakfast was also a highlight.

The beds were very hard and not very comfortable but we still liked the room overall

Location was decent

No water & electricity on arrival! Couldn’t even flush the toilet or shower till 10pm. Pool staff are ridiculous, they don’t even serve you a drink around the pool.

It was a Beautiful resort..we got a very good view from our room.. Also the swimming pool is big and clean.. Location is vwry close to pier.

A bit expensive

Close to both the wharf and shops. Also has stunning views

Beach, pool, breakfast

The pool area is amazing - the views are incredible and the pool itself is fantastic! We never had any issues getting a sunbed at any time during the day. Breakfast was lovely. Location is fab.

There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room and in the bathroom.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned lovely everyday

The air conditioning leaked water onto the floor everyday

The swimming pool & the location

The rooms - they are very dated, toilets looked old & dirty, bed were very uncomfortable.

It was in a really good location to enjoy all phi phi had to offer

There were a lot of mosquitoes in our room which was concerning. Bathrooms a bit outdated with broken tiles, towel holders and old silicon making them feel a bit dirty
