No real complaints about the guest house. It would have been nice to have a mini-fridge but lots of shops near by as well. The bathroom could be a bit bigger but again, no real complaint. The only other odd thing was how high the plugs were on the wall. It was a bit of a challenge to plug your devices and charges in way up high at the top of the windows.

We were pleasantly surprised by the Phi Phi Blue Lagoon Guest House. Fantastic location close to everything including the stunningly gorgeous beach, tons of shops, restaurants, 7-11s, massage shops etc. Super friendly helpful staff as well. Comfortable beds in a good sized room. Very quiet and peaceful. Also appreciated the little shower house in front of the guest house as well. But great value for the price and you can't really beat the location.

The bathroom could have been slightly bigger but aside from that no issues.

Great location in town, 2 minute walk to the beach and off a road off of all the town with restaurants/shops etc. Was sceptical as there was some bad reviews but I had no issues with this place at all, the room was very spacious, maybe a bit of noise occasionally but there is quite a party scene on the island.

Bathroom was way too small. Barely enough space to move. Bed was super uncomfortable couldnt sleep properly.

Our room was super dark, and had a very strong smell of dampness that hit you as you opened the door and woke me up at night and also caused clothes to smell

The room was quite functional, equipped with all the essentials: a spacious bed, air conditioning, and a private bathroom. It may be basic, but it perfectly suited our needs!

If you needed to charge devices whilst you were out, the electricity in the room turns off when the key card is removed, inconvenient but not detrimental.

It was in a good location to the beach and restaurants etc. Room was spacious and clean.

next to the building there is a shop with alcohol where people coming back from parties stop there- very loud. You can ask for a quiet room - but it can be without windows. beds are not very comfortable and loud.

Shower heater was not working. We did not mind as it was always warm so cool water was nice but others may. Drain was also very slow so ended up having a little footbath even after plunging it. Did not really mind but a little icky. Otherwise everything was clean and worked well and it was good value for money.

In a very central location if you want to get to the nightlife. Our room was tucked away around back so there was zero noise from the walkway at night. It meant there was no view but we didn't spend any time outside of sleeping and showering in the room. However the walkway stays busy until early morning and the restaurant opposite plays loudish (nothing crazy but definitely hearable) music until late so if you are inna front facing room this may be more of a problem. Staff were very kind and helpful, gave food suggestions and booked a snorkelling trip for us at the same price as the agents dotted around town. Beds were firm but comfy and room was clean. Strong free WiFi. Shampoo and soap provided in dispensers in the shower.

Only issue was the shower- there was no shower curtain and so the water would just go everywhere but the drainage system was really good so it didn’t bother us.

The room was a little bit depressing and could do with some renewal e.g mouldy clothes hanger in the corner, dresser damaged etc etc Mosquitoes eeeeeverywhere, yes this comes with the location but bad compared to other places we have stayed, it was nightly battle to destroy them all

Room had a little bit of a smell but I believe everywhere in the island is like this.

10 minutes distance from de pier, super friendly staff that let us do early check in and free water in the room. You get exactly what you see in the pictures.

Beds weren’t overly comfy and the bathroom filled up with water when the shower was on. Took a long time to drain. Aircon was dripping on bed. Was overpriced for what it was.

- was expensive for such a basic room however was one of the cheapest places on the island so probably says more about the island than the hotel - was clean however felt could be cleaner, bed sheet stained, as with some towels. - bathroom basic, could use a better clean, I use a shower filter and couldn’t unscrew the shower head due to such a build up of grim - also bad smell of the drains from time to time but happens on small islands, not a negative just be prepared for it everywhere

- lotion was great, right in centre but not nosey at all - booked onward transport - staff were nice - Aircon saved us, is a must on such a hot island - basic rooms, comfortable enough
