There wasn’t many breakfast options, however the food that was there, was nice.

Such a gorgeous hotel, with a luxury, large, clean toom. Perfect location. Breakfast was included. We only stayed two nights, we regret not staying longer!

There was no option to have extra bed for child in room, would have fitted no problem. We did get 2 rooms next to each other and cost was still reasonable.

Nearest hotel to pier. Room looked brand new. Excellent bathroom and comfy bed. Nice balcony.

There weren’t a variety on the breakfast. It was a choice of plates, some coffee , jus and cake.

The hotel was near the tonsai pier . 2 mns walk . Easy access . We had a superb view on the beach . The deco of the hotel is charming , tropical , colorful. .

The breakfast was bad, there was nothing to eat, they didn't fill the gaps, I waited 40 minutes for an omelette every morning, the staff in the dining room didn't speak English, it was difficult to communicate with them

The room faces an amazing view, the location is excellent, right next to the ferry, the staff at the reception is welcoming, the rooms are spacious.

The location is right at the end of the pier meaning you dont need any ongoing transport. The view is of the harbour and of the long tail boats its truly an amazing view that i will never forget. The room was a great size with all amenities and a couple of sun loungers on the balcony helped us relax and soak up that stunning view. I would strongly recommend this hotel and i couldnt believe the price was extremely competitive for such a stunning property

Unfortunately, a shop underneath our room was undergoing construction work and it was noisy from 8am - 5pm everyday including Sunday.

Fabulous location so close to the pier making it easy to take your own luggage from ferry to the hotel. The staff are very obliging. Choosing a water view room is a must as the view over the water, marina and beyond is mesmerising. It’s a new hotel so everything looks pristine. The bed is extremely comfortable and the TV is enormous. Great size balcony. A more than ample breakfast is provided at the cafe next door (Finlay). The hotel is in the heart of Phi Phi and the picturesque beach is only a few minutes walk away.

The noise from the boats on the pier in the morning is very loud. The room’s definitely aren’t sound proofed so from 7am onwards each morning we were woken by the engines that constantly make noise there after. We stayed out late the 3 nights we were there and we never had a lie in which because of it.

The location is excellent, nearby to all the bars, restaurants, cafes, shops etc. The entire hotel was spotless clean and really well maintained. The view of the pier and bay from the balcony room that we had beautiful. Also they had a decent value laundry service that we used.

The staff was really welcoming, the room felt like new, all the equipment was really good. For me, the best part was the location of the hotel. They also have a nice choice of meals for the breakfast, 3 or 4 options Really enjoyed my stay.

No pool, but I knew that before booking.

A stunning place to match the island. Staff extremely friendly, rooms are beautiful. We upgraded to sea view rooms… don’t think about it, just do it.. it’s worth every penny. People may complain about the noise of the long tail boats out the front but with the doors shut you can’t hear them. But trust me the view is beautiful, and compared to the alternative it’s a no brainer. Just pay the extra and do it. Laundry service was excellent and quick… cheap too. Shower is beautiful. My one concern is there is no pool, and you can’t use any other pools on the island (so the staff told me) but if your only here for a few nights then it’s no major drama. Enjoy the luxury that this hotel offers and the beauty of the island as a whole. Oh and straight off the boat and you are there so no walking with your cases. Get off the pier turn right then it’s on your left. Easy!

Spent our anniversary here for the weekend and it was an amazing hotel right on the water and Mark and his staff were so hospitable and kind and even decorated our room as a surprise. Definitely coming back

Was a bit hard to find using Apple Maps, think it needs updating. As you get off the boat and onto the pier, take a right and then it’s about 4/5 buildings down on your left. We asked for hand soap and was told to use the shower gel. Would prefer not to.

New, modern and spacious room. Beautiful view from the reception, breakfast and for those staying in the sea view rooms. Breakfast was nice and even nicer it wasn’t a buffet. Room had plentiful amenities. Location was great. Sound levels weren’t too bad.

The only downside was breakfast — it wasn’t a buffet but rather a limited menu with only a few options, and guests could choose just one dish. A buffet would have been more suitable given the price point.

The hotel is easy to find and located very close to the pier, which is super convenient. The room was new, the air conditioning worked well, and everything felt clean and comfortable.
