The initial room had a bathroom where the shower hose was over the toilet and you couldn't attach it to the wall. You literally had to shower over the toilet. The bedcover was a fleecy Chelsea Football Club blanket. We decided to ask for an upgrade into a bungalow 1000 baht more per night. There at least the shower had a space and the bed a proper linen bedcover. However, as our bungalow was next to the building block it was very noisy at night, when people returned from partying and sat out on their balcony.

Google map showed 7 min walking distance from feri landing area, however it is 15-20 min walk from main point.

Iconic wooden made property. Beach was just infront of the resort. Called the reception before reach the island and they send a cart to collect luggage. Check in 2.00 pm. Location was quite from other part, perfect for those who don't like crowd.

We got the family room. We had a nice bed to sleep on but the room itself if not spacious or with a nice toilet. Like most of the places in Thailand, the buildings are old and renovation/ maintenance seems to not be present in the property owner’s mind. I don't think the rate was cheap for the quality of what we get, however it was the best option available we could find.

The room and location was nice, but the wifi was poor and they didn’t put enough toilet roll in the bathrooms for a 3 night stay, the staff are lovely and you get sunbeds on the beach near the resort which was a bonus.

felt slightly dingy, and the sea had a bit of litter. Would recommend staying on the other side of the island instead as the beach on the other side was nicer

While Phi Phi Sand Sea View Resort boasts a peaceful location away from the pier and market, the value for money was disappointing. The rooms were small and the lack of adequate air conditioning and fans made them feel cramped. Furthermore, the bathrooms were poorly maintained, showing significant wear and tear with stains, a dirty sink, and a very old, discolored toilet seat. A focus on maintenance and housekeeping is needed to bring the resort up to standard.

Room is good, a bit small but comfortable enough. They didn't really give water daily unless you ask. Location was fantastic by the beach and away from the noisy crowded town area. To get breakfast, we have to walk a bit towards the town but there is a nice breakfast restaurant near the minimart.

Location right on the beach The rooms are wooden cabins. We could see the sand in the gaps of the cabin Had a cockroach in the room I think though these cabins are ok for the money we paid. No pool or facilities. But near every you could need. Bars on the beach and shops a short walk away

The bathroom was disgusting, the shower head did not stay on the wall, we were met by cockroaches in the bathroom on arrival.

The location of the beach hut was great. The little extra for the sea view room was well worth it! The huts are located away from the party area which is great for relaxing.

No possible to take breakfast. Compared to other accomodationa in Thailand lacking great price/value ratio.

Little bit on side from the center, but still only few mins walk. Possible to take tailboat to different locations on island or other islands. Rooms clean, but basic.

I got the worst room in the resort because it was beside a generator and kept me awake all night every night nearly, however some of the other rooms looked amazing and the staff were so good, I was just unlucky just and got a really bad room, amazing location tho

The shower wasn’t great at all and it’s like 15 mins walk away from middle of town. You get what you pay for
