Breakfast was included so I cannot complain too much, but the breakfast was very basic. A few areas around the pool could do with some minor maintenance work, but otherwise a very pleasant hotel.

Lovely little hotel, great location 5 minutes walk to the main bars, restaurants and the beach. Staff were friendly, and room was clean and nicely done. Would stay again, good value for money 😊

Breakfast a little bit limited (choices are American and Continental, but you'll have plenty of choices at the buffet; fruits, juices, yoghurt & cereal etc.)

Great bang for the buck (at least in low season). Pool access room was a delight, perfect for taking a quick refreshing dip in the heat. Room was clean and cleaned every day. Friendly staff, at breakfast and at the pool.

The rooms never been refurbished since inception, the staff should learn costumer service as they completely blind to it even though they are okish, anyway this is a recurring problem in Thailand

While the water pressure was good, the Shower could overall use an upgrade. The aircon directly above the bed which was noisy, especially noticeable at night.

We were allowed to check-in early at 10am which was thoroughly appreciated Pool access room was convenient and pool refreshing Great central location with easy 3-5min walk to beach, shops, restaurants and the pier. The clothes rail on the balcony was so convenient. A small thing but often overlooked.

The location, in the middle of a market, was hot and inconvenient for reaching the beach. The room was small. Breakfast was poor; besides eggs and omelets, there were few other choices.

Staff were excellent and very helpful. Good communication and support to get luggage to and from the hotel. Buffet breakfast was good and offered some good choice. The location was right in the centre and 5 minutes from the pier. The swimming pool was and swim up bar offered a good chill out at the end of the afternoon.

Room was bit dated, aircon leaked badly, but was fixed quickly. No smoking resort even not allowed to smoke on your private terrace.

Good location in central PHI Phi with plenty of restaurants, shops and other services to choose. Walking distance to anywhere, pier is 3-4 min away from hotel. Nice pool, however not to much sunshine next to the pool due to tall buildings.

The beds were just too hard we asked for a mattress topper but none were available, the swim up bar is also cash only which is a bit of a pain when your in a swimming costume.

Ideal location, the bellboys that met us to take our luggage from the ferry port to the rooms were 10/10 superb lads, check in was easy and quick, no issues on arrival, the rooms were clean, but in need of a small re-furb, we has booked three rooms, two were upstairs, one was a swim up room, the pool was clean and warm. our whole party of 5 adults and one child aged 22 months had no issues at all, we enjoyed our stay here.

I had some problems I check in. They didn’t have the category of room that I booked and tried to put me into something else after I refused. I had to wait five extra hours until another room was finally ready for me.
