New ZealandI asked for a quiet room, not sure if they got that request. Room 622 wasn’t quiet at all and possibly the worst room in the hotel, it was opposite to the pool bar. The music from the pool bar in the afternoon was horrible, heavy base, doof doof sound which you could hear clearly in the room. The music doesn’t suit the hotel’s style or fit in with the age of most of the quests. There was little privacy for this room as it faced the main entrance/path way to the pool. The seating outside your room was a weird structure but great to dry your towels! Had an issue with jug not turning off automatically and when I flicked the switch to turn it off, I burnt my fingers. The receptionist just kept asking me how long did I let it boil. Finally got an apology and a replacement jug that turned off automatically.
Nice big clean room. The bed was super large (2 beds pushed together) Nice selection of toiletries. Good location.

United KingdomThe only issue we had was that we were told we could just push our two beds together to make a double, however the beds were separated by a shelving unit attached to the wall so this was not possible.
The resort is less than a 5 minute walk from Tonsai pier but still feels very private and exclusive. Rooms are spacious and well equipped with a spacious patio area. The pool area was very inviting and we would’ve spent a lot longer there if we hadn’t fallen victim to sunburn. Staff were lovely and loved that they organised for someone to take our suitcase to our ferry and help us check in. I would absolutely stay here again if I return to Koh Phi Phi

Beautiful property with lovely relaxing, clean pool area. The rooms were comfortable and clean and spacious. Everything was provided that we needed. We even got umbrella when we checked out to use while It rained. Staff are so helpful.

Nothing bad to say, the location is ideal, everywhere is walkable in Phi Phi but this hotel is right on the beach, 3 minute walk from the pier, 10 minutes from the beach on the other side and everything you want to go to and see is a 5 minute walking radius. Pool and room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff were lovely!
