The Area of guest house and beautiful garden. Staff very friendly .

When we're there the room have problem with water pump. So that night I can't have a shower. Water very slow just enough for used the toilet .The lady come try to fix it. She say will fix it tomorrow. Sorry for inconvenience.

Very close to the beach and restaurants, at night i still felt like being in the jungle! The room is super nice and modern! I could borrow a bike for free! Staff was very sweet! ◡̈

The shared kitchen was quite abandoned 😅

It was quiet. Away from traffic noises. The sound of birds and jungle was lovely.

Noi has 2 restaurants, Thai and Indian food.

nice room in a garden 180 m from the beach, very good food at the restaurant, and above all, really great owners and staff! my son fell sick during our stay and they took great care of us. you can also arrange tours to Kuiburi national park and sam roi yot national park there. highly recommended!

Quite location, short walk to the beach, and local eateries. The room had a large bed with a firm mattress. The shower was large with good hot water pressure. There was a kettle in the room with an instant coffee satchel each and a bottle of water each. Air conditioning worked well. Basic small room, but comfortable enough. We were able to use Google Translate to communicate with our host.

Unfortunately, there are mozzie's/sand flies in Sam Roi Yot, and the walls did show evidence of their carnage! So make sure you have insect repellent. The gardens were a little overgrown, which could have contributed to the many insects. Unfortunately, we suffered the effects of food poisoning in the middle of the night from our local dinner, which made our stay not as pleasant as it could have been.

Amazingly new and clean rooms at the end of a mostly quiet alley just a 2 minute walk from the beach. Aircon powerful even for March hot season. WiFi good once I was able to get the password (see below). Garden environment was nice. Rooms surrounded mostly by empty fields.

The alley does have a lot of dogs, so expect some howl sessions. Several hardware problems in room: Aircon outdoor unit started making extremely loud noise for hours sometimes (then went quiet by itself again for no obvious reason), towel rack installed incorrectly so that it falls off the wall, few more small things (seems like owner does not have access to good handyman to fix problems). Process of checkin and finding the owner was not so smooth, despite their helpful note in their Google Maps name...the Google Maps point for Nice is at the wrong place (it is at Namaste Resort's neighbor with bulldogs) and tells us to go to Arguna Restaurant, but Arguna Restaurant does not have clear signage on the street, nor it is labeled on Google Maps. One of the owners seemed a little aloof and not service-minded sometimes and didn't treat her restaurant staff well. There was no sign in/around the room with the WiFi password (you had to know that the phone number embossed on the tissue boxes was also the code).

Very comfortable room with a small terrace. Everything you need (aircon, fridge, kettle, coffee, tea...). Noy the owner is very welcoming and the food in her little restaurant on the beach is delicious. We ended up having most our meal there. We loved the place so much that we have decided to extend our stay.

A little bit hard to find

Lovely quiet rooms in the jungle, decent water pressure and hot water, comfortable bed, friendly staff, lovely food served on the beach.

Very newly built room, clean and located in the middle of a beautiful garden. The owner was very helpful.

The room was missing a few basic things such as night lights. Mattress was too hard (traditional Thai style) which was not very comfortable for us.
