Beautiful pool with a great view. Excellent for sunset viewing and people/wave watching whether it’s sunny or not.

- The resort is located far from the main road with all the shops and restaurants, it’s around 15 minutes walk.

- On the 4th floor there’s an infinity pool that’s facing the sea with a beautiful view and sunset. - The room was basic and small but had a balcony with sea view as well. -The staff was nice and polite.

All was good

It’s ideally situated on the beach and just a short walk to restaurants, bars etc. I extended my stay there, real good. The rooms are standard basic sort of room, they are clean and tidy and well maintained. Breakfast standard fare and plenty of it. Would stay again without a doubt.

Nothing. Only things, if you really want them, no laundry or hotel bar and reception closes at 7pm but as near the town its only a 5-10min walk to 24hr 7-11 and 24hr laundry 2 minutes past the 7-11.

Great location. Nice pool. Rooms were spacious and had required amenities. Clean and comfy. Near bars, restaurants, 7-11. Near main road for transport but far enough away that couldn't hear any traffic. Beautiful beach right there.

No food at the hotel after breakfast and a fair walk to any other restaurants. The breakfast was OK but geared towards asians with few offering for westerners. There was however a small cafe open during the day for snacks and drinks. The shower was feeble and often not hot. A little expensive for the facilities.

The hotel was in a lovely location, right next to a sandy beach with shallow water. A nice large room with a comfortable bed, good wifi and air con. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

I loved the location. This was one of the few places along the beach that had sun beds out front. It was nice to get a massage right outside the front door as well. The view from the pool was amazing. They had a delicious breakfast selection and the staff was more than accommodating.

The bed was very soft but not the end of the world.

The location was great as it was right on the beach, and only a short walk to a main street with bars/restaurants/shops. The pool was brilliant and perfect for sunset. The breakfast was great and just what we needed after backpacking SE Asia. There was a water refill station as well. The room was big with a balcony and the bathroom was great as well.

The room smelled a bit damp in the beginning but with a bit of airing it went away. No hair dryer

It’s like a mini resort with a strip of sand and a couple of beach chairs. Good area with many restaurants near-by but the hotel itself is really quiet.

500 Baht deposit not mentioned before. Once breakfast was no coffee and no cups although it was 9:30. You can hear the door opener and cleaning staff in the morning. You need ear plugs

Needs a little updating and though reception were helpful concerning our onward travel arrangements, staff could have been more welcoming and approachable.

Good location right on the beach with a lovely roof top pool. Rooms were clean if a little basic but had everything we needed. Good options for breakfast but no lunch or dinner available at the hotel. Not a problem with the Main Street in Kaibae only 5 to 10 minutes away.

That I had to leave. Only downside was that local taxis and golfcarts pass by on the lane between the hotel and the beach but traffic is infrequent and you just need to be aware. Also I guess, the usual self-centred people who drape a towel over a prime sun lounger at 7 am and leave it there all day whether they are there or not. Not the hotel's fault but geez that irks me.

An amazing place recommended to us by travellers we met in Bangkok. The beachfront is one of the best I've seen and the infinity pool was lovely. The hotel is a little older than some but the location is stunning and the room was huge and comfortable. Enormous bed. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Reception person was kind and welcoming. Staff efficient and kind. Lots of free parking. Glorious sunsets.
