The location was excellent and the connecting rooms were very practical for our family. The daily water bottles and coffee were a nice touch.

One of the rooms we had had a very musty smell from the air conditioning.

Hotel room for 2 queen beds is decently sized, clean and well-conditioned. We appreciate the smart tv. Staffs are very friendly. One of them offered to call my driver when he didn't show up on time.

Outdoor pool could probably be better maintained. Pool water had a funky smell. Because we stayed in the first room adjacent to the pool, the humidity from the pool affects our room. There's hardly any surface area to put down toiletry in the bathroom. Some wall hooks would be nice in the bathroom.

We loved it - very helpful, great food and a lovely location.

A lovely property close to everything, short tuk tuk ride to night Bazaar. It's a beautiful little hotel that was well-worth the price. Big spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff.

Facility is kind of old, the bed is moist due to the rain season.

We like the location and the room and the bed is big enough and comfortable. Conveniently located for getting around, saving you time. The room was spacious and quiet. The shower room is just a shower with a water heater, which gives it a slightly budget hotel feel, but it's fine. If you're looking for a clean, affordable hotel, I recommend it. It's not luxurious, so if you're looking for romance, I'd recommend a slightly more expensive hotel. The breakfast was delicious.

As always the location is great …immersion in Chiang Mai

The staff seems to have been downgraded and the restaurant is definitely not what it used to be.

This hotel was amazing. A small hotel situated in the heart of the old city with easy access to everywhere. The staff were all superb, always willing to help and always smiling. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean, including the restaurant and public toilets. The breakfast was great and covered everything from curry, bacon and eggs to croissants. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again

One word of warning, there must be a bar or nightclub close by that has a very strong baseline for the music. On Friday night, the whole hotel bounced to the beat until midnight. It did stop on the stroke of midnight but if you wanted to go to bed before this, you would struggle.

Great location to explore the old town. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were all so helpful and lovely, storing our bags safely when we arrived early after the night train. The pool area was great to have when it was so hot if a little limited on sunbeds. Breakfast was tasty and had enough for us to have each day.

A little noisy at night at times. Walls are thin so you could sometimes hear other guests chatting or music from somewhere nearby. Luckily it didn’t go on all night.

Conveniently located in the old town, had very spacious rooms and great facilities. Staff was great and very helpful.
