Rooms are outdated and need better maintenance. Breakfast quality is not good.

Restaurant wasn’t great, staff weren’t the friendliest and the pool looked very unclean, and the aircon in one of our rooms was very poor.

The hotel is beautiful with great views and near the beach. But staff are not very polite. When we arrived to do are check in, two ladies at the receptionist shouted at us when we where checking in. They where very rude, they got upset when I asked to see where my location of my room was and shouted at pointing at the location. When we got to are room the room seem occupied, bed wasn't made, privated shampoo and toothbrush in restroom, empty bottle of wine on nightstand. So I return to receptionist to ask if the room was still occupied, they where upsted again and scream that it will be cleaned. I feel bad for the two lady's they probably had a hard day, I think they should be a little more understanding with the guest. Overall the hotel is beautiful. P.s travel light no elevator and five floors.

Nowhere to relax or sunbathe really, which isn’t ideal for a beachfront property. Neither of the pools were operational due to pollution (in high season?!) and the breakfast wasn’t the greatest (but it was free so a bonus really).

Large resort at the end of Haad Yao. Two shops close by, restaurant and bike hire available. Towels and sheet changed every two days, fresh water every day. Staff were friendly and helped organise organise onward transport etc.

The receptionist was a bit unconcerned when I arrived and they had a sewage problem. They moved me to another hotel but hadn’t messaged me before I arrived so I then had to get back in a taxi and it was all a bit of an inconvenience

At the end of our stay we had to ask for our key deposit back. If you don’t remember to ask - you don’t get it back. The shower stopped working. There were no hot water. They didn’t refill the coffee and sugar everyday.

No hot water in the rooms. Bed mattress was also old. Bar fridge was very dirty and not working properly. Air conditioner also had some issues during my stay. And a bit slow with staff coming to sort it ou.

room smelled very damp as there is no extractor fan in the bathroom. AC didn’t work properly and was barely blowing (buttons weren’t working properly either) so the room was super stuffy

I handed in some clothes for the laundry service and made my departure without picking up these clothes again ... I realized not earlier than my arrival in Germany... I then send the hotel a message, and they sent the package of clothes all way to Germany!! I am so excited. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms are a very special experience especially those with a view...! Absolut recommendation!

Staff was very unpleasant. The guesthouse was old. It is definitely not a hotel, but a very poor guesthouse. AC was leaking all the stay. They came to "fix" it over 3 times but didn't help. The pool is green and not a single person from the entire place went in or touched the water. Room was on top of a hill that was very hard to walk to. It was a very unpleasant stay and the staff at the reception were so rood. Didn't pay any attention, no answer when you ask something. Tried to convince us we didn't leave a deposit and it took us long time after checkout to get the deposit back.

I had booked 2 weeks in a Ocean view room, but when I got there they said there was a screw up and I promised me my Ocean view room in two days, but then The night before I was finally supposed to get the Ocean view room they said it wouldn't be available for three more days. Then the night before it was supposed to be available they tried to tell me it wouldn't be available for a couple of more days and I protested and they put me in the Ocean view room. I met two other people that this had happened to. I suspect that what they do is channel people who had booked an Ocean view room into the more plentiful standard rooms and then rent out the ocean view rooms so they are able to keep the standard rooms full. They did refund the difference. To be clear, I have no proof that this is their reason, but it seems awfully coincidental that this happened to three different people who had booked an ocean view room. One man told me that he simply refused to accept anything other than an Ocean view room when they said there was not one available and by magic one became available.

I eat a vegan diet and there was usually nothing on the buffet breakfast for me. But they made me special food for breakfast, that was very impressive. The facility itself is very pretty, and it's great being on the beach. Beach. Everything was very easy, just leave your laundry and pick it up later.

Basically everything. I had a booking for 11 nights, I sent a message to the property before and no one answered, when I arrived after the ferry and 30 min drive the receptionist told me there is no room for me “plumbing issues” so They send me to Ban Tai!!!(30 min away) the day after they said they will pick me up to the hotel, they said 5 min I was waiting 2 hours more, arrived and surprise- still no room, after a fight they brought me keys, The room Obviously wasnt clean!!! So I was waiting one hour more to get the room cleaned. No hot water in the shower . Also one day they put a note for me under the door “Today is checkout please dint make everything hard and leave on time” it wasnt my checkout day, a joke of hotel lol.

We always come to Bayview and we stay in the Bungalows which I prefer the most - much more than the hotel rooms but then we like the traditional bungalows of Thailand. We love Ole - the lady at the desk. She always helps us get our bungalow with a bath in. The views of the beach are amazing, the staff can help you with anything from transfers to trips to anything.
