The room was filled with incredible condensation. Our clothing and personal items were all moist. Not sure what the issue was but made for an incredibly uncomfortable stay.

Our first rooms; pool access and upstairs overlooking the pool, were ok, but definitely not worth the money. The villas that we were upgraded to were much better, although the plunge pools were tiny.

The free infused water disappeared from the entrance & gym in the afternoons.. woulda been handy to be available until say 10pm at night.

Pool was great viewing and layout - a honeypot for the kids.

For the price of the resort the rooms are too small, with very little room for toiletries in the bathroom and insufficient space on the bedside tables. We had a pool access room which was very damp, moisture (condensation?) on the floor, and nothing dries inside the room. The pool doesn’t get constant sun and is quite cool. It can also get noisy when other guests (kids) decide to swim outside your room.

The location is excellent, far enough from the noise of Bangla Rd but close enough to the action if that’s what you’re after. Breakfast was great, although 600 Baht per person was too expensive. Fortunately they were offering 2 for 1 while we were there.

Pool was Dirty and Not maintained. Water has stain marks and smell. Room was more than smaller than expected and claustrophobic specially bathroom. Drainage in bathroom as extremely Poor. This is a Beachside city and there is no arrangement for Foot wash post Beach.There was a list in room which was cheap and disgusting spelling prices of Towels , lamps and others. This is not something you expect in a 5 Star Property. This is More than cheap and shaming. There were stain marks in sofa and Basin

Amenities were Really good and at par quality. Beddings were High quality , Pillows were extremely Good, Toiletteries were of extremely High standard and Quality which is appreciated.

The water pressure was excellent, however the shower mixture in the room bathroom was not up to the mark. We stayed in two rooms over more than a week, and it was one of those gets too hot for a few seconds and then cold types. My 9yo daughter, however, used the bathtub everyday without complaint.

Staff in general was excellent, location being just off the main streets makes it one of those in the middle of the madness yet quiet properties, room amenities were above par. Fantastic breakfast spread - for once the expectations set by the IG reels were met in every way. Special mention for the barista who whipped up gourmet-level coffee in minutes. Upscale properties often falter on coffee - this one does not! For families with children: The housekeeping staff gave us multiple sets of towels and additional water without a fuss. We ordered chips and chocolates from Grab (Thai Swiggy) everyday and picked up the packets from the hotel lobby - I was a little hesitant initially but noticed the hotel staff being quite courteous to the riders.

Suggestion of separate area for families with children/ the buffet from the a la carte in the restaurant. Food and staff were amazing and the live music lovely, but slightly spoiled by children running round/ screaming.

This was a great hotel. We stayed at 4 different hotels, and this was the best by far (made it very hard since it was the first one and the other accommodation didn't live up to this one). Breakfast was unbelievable. The room was small but had everything we needed. The staff were great and very helpful. Close to everything.

The rooms were very small. Looked bigger in the photos. The rooms didn’t really have much of a balcony as it was just enough to hang clothes to dry. You can get much more for your room for the price elsewhere.
