The hotel is dead, we stayed there in 2004 and it was packed, full of life and all villas online. Now the original check in and restaurants are closed, many of the villas are closed down, which you can see as you walk around the property. The pool they have kept maintained is looking shabby and dated, the breakfast was good, but as there are so few customers it feels an imposition to have them cook for you. The pool closed at 3pm weekdays, and restaurant open until 8pm on at the weekends, we went to eat out every night.

Staff were kind and service orientated, after the check in staff. The 2-bedroom pool villa is large for a family of 4, and the pool is decent enough for a plunge.

Early AM cold water, of course, and It would have been nice to have control over the pool deck area lights (on auto timers), and have a switch for the pool pump.

Checkin easy, car parking right outside the villa, and the pool was unusually CLEAN with spot on chemistry (I know pools). The Kitchen complete and modern, the furnishings well appointed, and the location just off the highway (and a few Ks away from the beach) was ideal for me just passing through this time. I did have a cold shower in the early morning hours upon checkout; maybe staff doesn't turn it on until 6 or 7.

Everything was fantastic, honestly. The location was the only downside, however we knew that when renting this hotel. But we had a scooter and it was only 14 minutes to Hua Hin Center. The roads were safe and well lite, better than most western highways.

Room was very big and clean. Staff were very helpful and assisted us immediately with anything we needed (e.g. light wasn't working in the pool and fixed immediately). Buffet food was good and it was appreciated that they changed some dishes every day for people who had longer stays. The Privacy of the villas was awesome and they were very quiet. Kitchen was very nice with all tools required to cook if needed. Very practical set up.

Was disappointed: a) They used to have shuttle service for the residents from resort to main Marketplace. b) The Spa had a lot more options and whole experience was totally different. c) Restaurant was to clumsy & smelly. Vegetarian option on 1st day was nil, except fruits. We had mentioned at the time of check in we are Vegetarian. d) There were too many mosquitoes and insects. e) pool had to be cleaned as a lot of small insects and flies were there.

Property we have liked since longtime as this was our 2nd visit. It nice, beautiful and peaceful. Big spacious rooms you feel good. Cleaning Staff was very cooperative and nice.

It is a little far out of town and the cot doesn't have a mattress, just a folded up duvet cover.

The villa is beautifully decorated with a gorgeous pool. It feels very private and great for a quiet getaway. The breakfast is delicious.

The breakfast was exelent and the service was exceptional. The room was very clean and staff were friendly.

The only downfall was the location. Many taxi and Tuk Tuk did not want to go all the way out there, and each way was 500 Baht.

The rooms were very clean. Breakfast was amazing and the little stalls they had for breakfast were so delicious. Food changed every day aside from the common breakfast items.

Location was far from town and peaceful. Room was big and comfortable. All room amenities were provided and was adequate. Spa in room was a bonus . Pool was good size.if u looking for peaceful bliss and a break..do stay here
