As soon as you arrive off the boat Coco Bella employees will assist you by taking your bags to the hotel. The hotel is nestled in the centre of the bustling Phi Phi. The pool is active and clean. The room had everything we needed.

In a good location with a nice pool. The rooms in the main hotel were a good size. The staff were helpful and even transported our luggage to and from the pier.

The staff welcome you at the pier and bring your bags to the hotel in a trolley so look out for a person with a sign saying Coco Bella hotel when you get off the boat. Location is central and beds were comfortable. The room was clean and modern. The buffet breakfast was included and there was a good selection each day

AustraliaAt breakfast the coffee beans and Typhoo tea was good. It tasted very cheap and undrinkable. Commercial sliced bread options were not inspiring compared to grain options elsewhere. When we booked a twin room for the third night it was a cheaper room and we therefore got moved to a different room. It had very old and broken spring beds, ridiculously small bathroom and smells of sewage. Therefore I would not recommend the standard twin room. The superior room with pool view was better.

AustraliaThe location was 5 minute walk from one of the night clubs on the beach so at 2 / 3am every night all you could hear was shouting and screaming as people left the club. The swimming pool needs updating with multiple tiles missing and left on the floor of the pool.
The staff were really friendly, and the room was great value for money. The coffee shop attached to the hotel was one of the best we had in Thailand.

The location was excellent, with easy access from the pier. Staff were very friendly — someone even helped us with our bags from the pier to the hotel, which was a lovely touch. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, with a fresh and varied selection.
