The block we were in was very dirty and a lot of the rooms looked liked they were in disrepair. The swimming pool next to beach was dangerous as lots of debris in the pool where the tiles were broken. The plastic grating around the pool was all broken and needs repairing before soneone falls and hurts themselves.

Reception area very nice and excellent location directly on the beach front.

Nice hotel, a bit outdated on block we stayed at, and our pool view was of a pool that was empty and maybe under repair but would stay here again..

The facility could use some maintenance for sure, but overall it was still a good value. The pool water was clean but there was an odd plastic sheet across the bottom of the adult pool. It was not a hindrance to swimming but just seemed out of place. It was probably used to cover chipped tiles.

The location was great! It was a short walk to the Cicada night market. The family room had two rooms upstairs and a living room with a sink and refrigerator downstairs. The breakfast was good with many options to choose from.

Building A Elevator is so old, also pool and beach bed that need to renovation. 7.00 onwards, There's noisy from road if you get the room 4th floor, building A Probably, other buildings will get more comfortable than this one.

The room is very large. Shower room and toilet is separated. Floor is dry after showering. Comfy pillows and large 2 beds. The best things, There are the desk + 4 chairs set for relaxing, working or eating. Also, Hotel location is superb.

The breakfast service was disorganized. The egg station was unattended, and there was no sign indicating that eggs needed to be pre-ordered. When I picked up a plate of eggs, a staff member approached me and asked if it was my order, which I felt was done in an unfriendly manner.

The accommodation is within walking distance of the night market 'Cicada,' another food market, and a convenient shop nearby. Access to the pool requires a short walk since it's located beachfront, but the path is pleasant with many beautiful trees. The rooms were adequate and quiet. We only stayed for one night.

i stayed there for 21 days there is soo many stairs up to your room if you are old or having a little baby that must be hard, cleaning is not good everything is dirty and facalties are getting old too.

Location is perfect and there is beachfront bar restaurant next to the pool and easy to go cicada market and tamarind market. Breakfast is just ok nothing special only simple things.

Many things are VERY old- the first room we had the AC was so old rusted and loud we could not run it and at night there was a bad drone in the wall so we had to move rooms…there are many pool tiles broken in the pool so you have to be very careful

The slidings doors were hard to lock. Only had one room key, since the system was broke. The air conditioner in one of the rooms was leaking a lot, which caused a big puddle. Had to pay extra for an extra blanket, pillow, and towel. The blanket came in wet. One staff member who was checking breakfast food voucher coupons was a bit rude when we first communicated with her.

It was close to a night market. It had somewhat of a beach, when it was not high tide.
