Way too many stairs to get to the property, lots of loud music with bass all night

The walls are quite thin, meaning I could hear *everything* the neighbours got up to. Could hear talking outside quite loudly at the early hours of the morning, however this was solved by wearing earplugs! Only other downfall for me is the local noise/music which can be loud early hours into the morning. If you’re a light sleeper, invest in earplugs because this hotel is worth visiting for sure and don’t be put off by the music!

The staff are very friendly and the view from the balcony is great. Water is updated regularly in the rooms so you’ll never go without. I enjoyed my 8 nights here, there are also loads of friendly local cats if you’re an animal lover like me!

To reach the room, you need to climb quite a bit, so it’s worth considering this before renting :)

The bathroom could be a bit better but it was still nicer then I expected. Our room was at the top so there was a lot of stairs to get there, a bit tiring but worth it.

Not a problem for me, but lots of steps. Contact the accommodation 1st if you are elderly or have mobility problems.

The only negative is that I had to hold the shower head over me as the stand for it was right in the corner of the shower but it wasn’t much of a problem.

The location was absolutely amazing for us. It wasn’t too far away from the centre but far enough away so that we couldn’t hear the loud music from bars at night. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. Loved that we could attach our fire stick to the TV. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The place is quite high up on a hill so be prepared to walk up several steps but it really is worth the view when you get to the top!

Location is the best point of this property. The views are beautiful. Room size must be selected as per family size. Also be prepared to walk till the end and then climb extensively to reach the room. But if you are fit to do so then the reward is worth the effort.

In the coffee/tea tray, there was a colony of ants that have made it their home (they didn’t go further than that). There was quite a bit of construction ongoing right beneath my room, not a problem as it normally happened in the middle of the day - happened to run into it just coming in and out for a quick midday refresh between activities. There are lots of stairs - but as much as they were killer the view was worth it and the air conditioning in the room worked very well you cooled off in moments upon entering.

Gorgeous views, shower had fantastic water pressure, and the room was very clean. Has a little mini bar and they provide free water each day. Wifi was great, and aircon was really good as well. the staff were super lovely and accommodating, and the porter service from and to the pier really saved me! Similar view point to view point 1 but without the crowds :) In a good location a little bit away from all the craziness of the island, you can hear some music throughout the night but you tend to hear it anywhere.

It gets a little noisy from the bars. The stairs can be challenging with suitcases, and if one is not fit enough.

They offer a free pickup service from the pier, which was appreciated. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well-kept. Lovely views of the island from the balcony.

Be prepared for A LOT of stairs! We thought being away from the beach a bit it would be quiet but the music was super loud from the beach over night. Where we were so high up, the music just went over the buildings

Staff were friendly and so helpful with bags etc! Picked us up and took us to the port! The view from the double balcony rooms was soooo dreamy! Loved sitting on the balcony

Good location & at a height...with partial sea view...everything is in walking distance...eateries, 7/11, beach etc...Highly recommend Pick up from & Drop to Pier with trolley carrying our luggage was very helpful

Interior is very basic but met our needs, shower position was a bit strange but fine.

So many stairs, 121 up to our room which wasn’t even the top room.

Hair drying in the room was amazing, unlike the stupid toy ones you usually find in hotels Staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us in terms of taking our bags too and from the pier

Mini fridge was very mini. Be prepared for the steps, they are no joke, very steep and go on forever we were on one floor below the top. If you’re not reasonably fit I wouldn’t recommend staying here

Staff were lovely and very helpful. Collected our bags to and from the pier and took them too the room which is needed because of the steps. Lovely view from the balcony. Good AC

The wifi was not really working. Long way up but thats what we signed up for.

With Phi phi prices this was good value. Very friendly and fast responding receptionist. They offer to take your baggage back and forth from the pier, very nice. Clean rooms (other hotels mostly have cockroaches), checked early, already cooled down room. The place is quiet, which is rare for Phi phi terrible music.

The view was stunning. Room C13 is my love. Though its quite hot to climb up the stairs, its totally worth it plus a bit of working out😄 One morning we even had a visitor stealing our bananas from the balcony 😄 The only problem is ants in the room and the fridge is way too tiny. Other than that, I really liked the place

The stairs to get to the room were brutal if you are in the top part good luck. The towels were stinky, even when they give you fresh ones they still smell bad.
