We had to remind the staff a few times to clean and refresh our room. Had a drainage problem with the shower, but the staff were reactive, quick to fix it. Wifi was just fine. Pool was clean, refreshing, but would have preferred bigger. Also, the beach wasn't really very good for swimming, at least not this week. Muddy surface, not clear water or nice sand. Certainly no snorkling this week at that beach.

Location was just fine, although no sea view. Happy that this neighborhood had plenty of restaurants, and nice beach walks. Great starting place for bicycling. Room was very comfortable, clean. Staff were nice.

Driving the car into the property on arrival is complicated. Twice I drove into the wrong hotel / area.

The rooms need refurbishing. There are broken aspects, it needs decorating and it was all very basic. The room was cheap, like what I paid so can’t be a chooser but it could easily have been improved and I would have paid more.

Breakfast was amazing value and did the job for what it was. I had it every day and had no issues.

No place for the clothes in the small room. And was little dark but it's not a big problem. The prices was very good. The local shop was little far. There has some shops close but they don’t have lot’s of stuff.

Around very nice garden. Quite pool area. Very close to the beach. Would be love to book again.

The small rooms have nice seating outside but the area has too many mosquitoes morning and evening so nowhere to sit.

Well maintained. Quiet, relaxing grounds and greenery. Good facilities. Clean rooms and pool. Nice touches like free coffee etc.

The drain in the bathroom had a slight smell, but not terrible.

Calm little beach place, you can just hear the ocean. My room was well cleaned, and in good condition.

A very hard and uncomfy bed (mattress)

A very green territory, many trees and flowers around. A quiet place. Not many neighbors. A clean swimming pool. Close to the beach road. A smart tv.

Door knob to bathroom door was having a few issues.

Beautifully landscaped gardens, rooms are basic but very clean. The owner lent me an extension lead as no sockets by the bed and I use a cpap machine. Nice pool, although we were too busy exploring so no time to use it.

Set in pleasant grounds off the main road. Very quiet location but close to a few bar/restaurants. Room basic but clean and comfortable.

Sometimes some equipment in the shower made very strange and very loud noise anytime during the night.

Rooms could be a little cleaner.

Great Budget resort, probably best value in SRY. Friendly staff, location close to beach and restaurants. Pleasant restaurant area with complimentary coffee. Lovely gardens. I've stayed here many times, appears there are new comfortable beds.

We had nothing to complain about.

Blue Beach Resort is set in a beautiful mature well -tended garden just off the beach road in Sam Roi Yot. Our bungalow was about 50 metres from the beach with its magnificent views. There are several good restaurants and a lovely coffee shop right beside the resort. Free self-service coffee and hot malt chocolate drinks are available at reception all day and night. Breakfast is also available at a reasonable price up to 11am. The staff were pleasant, helpful and inobtrusive. They were always working on the rooms or in the garden. They drove us to our next destination, an hour away to the south, at a reasonable price. The room was an individual bungalow which was clean, comfortable and quiet. The bathroom was dated but functional. The bed was great and we slept very well. The resort is incredibly quiet, day and night. The sounds of nature were endearing and the colours were vibrant outside. The pool is small but big enough for a daily dip in the warm water. It was well kept and clean. The WiFi in the room was very good and streaming was no problem. That was important as the area had no late venues. We, and all the other guests, were in our rooms quite early. The other guests seemed just as pleased as we were with Blue Beach Resort. It was very relaxing and good value too.

Superb location; lovely pool (watch the birds, squirrels as you swim). Host is very helpful in general; he also arranged scooter hire with the scooter delivered to the premises and a taxi transfer at the end of our stay. Nice touch is a a bottle of water (in glass not plastic) was provided for each of us each day.

TV was smaller than I'm used to.

Surprisingly, there are not many resorts between Krabi and Hua Him. However, thanks to major recent road construction projects, you can now easily get off the main highway and explore the coastal area. So, I found this lovely resort, set in a long bay with a couple of small offshore islands. You can walk out to sea a long way. Very shallow. Great beach. Little eating huts on the beach. Romantic. There is a pool at the resort as well if you get tired of the beach. The bed was extremely comfortable.
