The AC smelled really bad, the shower had some drainage issues (fixed it as soon as we report the shower issue)

Good location, close to BTS. It's set back from the main road so no traffic noise. The breakfast offering was excellent and fresh cooked omelettes available. The staff were brilliant, always helpful and pleasant. 2 bedroom apartment was huge and well facilitated. Daily room service was brilliant. Will definitely stay again.

Room was on the ninth floor…only room on the floor so very quiet but elevator was quite slow Not a big deal but something to be aware of Bathrooms had a slight odor of sewer gas from time to time Believe this is an older property but quite well maintained

Breakfast was way better than anticipated with lots to choose from on the buffet plus you could order eggs your way too Fresh fruit was excellent and no shortage of supply

A/c was a bit noisy. Not sure why you're not greeted with a wai, imo it goes a long way. Other than your taxi journey into the city, this could be your first encounter with a Thai person. I think it's important to keep with tradition.

I didn't like the fact there's a tray of snacks that look complimentary but aren't and on the same tray are condoms!!!??? Just grosse and gives the hotel a seedy vibe. Plus we are a family and I don't think it's appropriate at all. Room is rough round the edges, hot water didn't work in one bathroom. The apartments have seen better days!

The wifi often did not work. It would also disconnect while in use. That was very annoying and I might not stay there again. But the beds were really comfortable.

Located in the centre of Bangkok, but a side street so no traffic noices. Really everything you need with also a nice lobby to work in. Lost my suitcase and the people who work there really helped so very nice.

The only thing that I didn't like was the unventilated, slow, tiny elevator. The turn towards Asoke can be easily missed (we missed it twice!), just turn left before 7/11

We had two 2 BR apartments for 3 families (11pax) and they were huge. We stayed at Asoke for 3 nights and 4 days. There's a gym for adults and a tiny pool for kids which were utilised well. The breakfast spread was delicious and they had different options everyday. 7/11 is right at the turning, it's a 2 mins walk. It's close to many touristy areas in BKK downtown. Loved it, fully recommend it!

Cleaning could be better. I was outside for 2 days and the cleaning was poor, and one day i was in the room during the cleaning and that time it was way better.

Been often staying here. Good value, some rooms are fine, some are outdated.
