Decoration is a bit old fashioned but it's not a problem at all.

Good location, quite place in the green but 5 minutes walk to the main street. Breakfast is good. Very helpful staff. You can easily arrange excursions from the reception. Every room has its own internet router so very efficient, fast and free internet. We enjoyed so much staying there.

Good value buffet breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. Everything clean and tidy. Quiet location is a short walk to busy main street in Ai Nang. Lots of food places to choose from.

Everything was superb. I love my stay here, definately will repeat if i ever come to Aonang. Breakfast was fine, facilities were all good, staff were friendly and tentative, room was excellent.

Wonderful staff, breakfast, facilities and location! Less than a 10 minute walk to the main strip of shops, restaurants, bars etc! They provide 2 shuttles per day to the beach otherwise it is a nice 20 minute walk along the main shopping strip. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, they even assisted me in calling a Thai medical clinic. The room was clean and spacious, the balcony view was incredible, we got upgraded to a pool and mountain view for free which was a bonus!

Beds were slightly on the hard side, not the worst I've had but not the best either, so just so, so for that, and that's why it doesn't get a higher score from me.

800m from Ao Nang beach. The hotel was in the correct area for pick up and drop off from booked activities, and the hotel had thier own set of activities you could book through them at a good price. Nice pool area with pretty cliff background. Cleaners did a good job each day, and you got topped up with drinking water.

Bathroom in the room was not very private. Poolside bathrooms were not clean.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Organizing day trips with reception is popular. It's great way to make sure you get the most experiences out of your stay. Excellent pool with a pool bar. Our room had a great view of the pool and the limestone cliffs. Complimentary flip flops and umbrella to use whilst you stay.

Extremeyl noisy down the corridors, you are open to loud inconsiderate guests at all hours. The furnishings are hard with tiled floors that resonate the sound Dinner is last order by 7:30, way too early. We got there 7;25 and turned away.. seems we were the only ones there and they couldn't be bothered. Great.pool bar serving cocktails etc, but no.alcohol.in the restaurant for dinner Strange We thought.

5 minute walk to main road with plenty of facilities but another 15+ minute walk to the beach. 2 free minibuses per day between hotel and beach but could be more often. (May be because it was off season. Furniture surprisingly old fashioned but perfectly functional.

a shuttle to Aonang beach would have been better. We have booked 3 rooms. But while check out the reception told that there was 1 spoon in one room instead of supposed 2 .But from the first dayvthere 1 spoon in 1 room. Anyway We paid for that 1 spoon. There should be a good way to check if the maintainance person is telling a lie or not.

The people in the room next door were extremely loud (banging on every surface to try to settle their baby??). So thin walls and no soundproofing. The shower never got hotter than luke warm which was not ideal.

I really liked the hotel settings, seeing cliffs from the pool or my balcony in my room was so nice. The pool area was nice, but sadly the sun was blocked half way through the day meaning half of the sunbeds/pool area were in shade by 2/3pm. The staff were extremely friendly and the offer of the okra juice when checking in was a lovely touch.

Restaurant pricey compared to other places nearby.

Great stay here. Stayed on 3rd floor with a nice view of pool and beautiful rock face with jungle. It's in a quiet part of town and a 15-20min walk to Aonang beach. We walked every day. Main road of Town is 8-10min walk up a hill. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Pool area is great, clean and has a bar. They have a restaurant downstairs as well, although did not eat here as a little pricey.
