great little place at the end of a quiet street. close to good coffee shops and eateries. not far from the beach and overwater seafood restaurants. place was very clean and staff friendly. rain shower in the bathroom was lovely. would stay here if we visited again.

The room was basic, but comfortable, spotless and the television was a pain. Leaving...

I only stayed a couple of nights sadly and the place had a really nice relaxing vibe. All the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Bird in particular needs a special mention for being extremely helpful with a couple of requests speaking great English which made everything a breeze. Great Thai restaurant at the end of the Soi, good food, decent portions and friendly staff.

Although the sea is only a short walk away there is no beach there, only at very low tide, so to enjoy beach and swimming it is necessary to get transportation the really nice beaches are at the other end of the city.

The resort has only 8 units and is very quiet. The garden is pleasant to sit and there is a pool although a little shallow was great to cool off in. Breakfast was fine. American option but no fruit only very sweet orange juice. I stayed for a month and enjoyed the rice and pork soup every morning. Staff were pleasant and making an effort to please. Many restaurants only 3 min walk. Soi 51 is a very nice street.

Breakfast.... it tasted good but was a bit boring (limited choices) if staying longer than a couple of nights.

Loved the rooms, the family room was nice and spacious, really clean and has a comfortable sofa. The location was also great, very close to the beach and restaurants. Pool good for kids as it's shallow.

There was an American breakfast every day with eggs boiled pressed ham and simple sausages as well as toast and always strawberry jam. No Muesli or Corn Flakes or cerialsri Almost all the staff speak little or no English.

The small complex is arranged around a small garden with the pool and dining area. There are 7 or 8 rooms all facing the garden. The location is very central. Many restaurants, bars and massage studios are within walking distance. Nearby, you can rent scooters for 250 baht from 7eleven. It is not far to the beach. For us, the nearby beach was littered with plastic waste, some broken glass and dead fish. Hua Hin Beach, on the other hand, was clean and inviting for a swim.

Staff ignored guests, and could not manage even a smile, or a hello or thankyou in any language, including Thai. Staff put fans on themselves at breakfast, but not the guests. The younger male staff member even spat in the pool. There must be new staff here, as previous reviews spoke of better service. I have travelled in Asia for years, and this is the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. As far as getting any travel tips....zero conversation from all. All staff, especially the older male manager need training in manners, customer service and hospitality.

Pretty garden, coffee, lounge suite and comfortable bed in family suite. Air conditioner was effective if you like to sleep next to the sound of an aircraft engine. lovely to sit in garden, although the smell of sewerage was somewhat overwhelming. Great location near beach and restaurants. 😃
