(room) Deluxe Villa needs a refresh - ive stayed in the pool Villas 1 & 2 they are spectacular rooms at AAVA & from my 2nd stay a heavenly sleep, but i get the impression these smaller cheaper villas i hadn't stayed in before turn over at a far higher rate than the more expensive villas & dont have the luxury mattress. At the entrance to this villa the door lock is troublesome & the front timber decking needs replacement you cannot get in quietly - I found that they were busy fixing solar panels to save money which i definitely support, but hadn't kept the basic room infrastructure up to date. Old now pointless flat screen TV,s not smart TV. Everything is creaky floors cupboard doors toilet seat. It wasn't quiet or comfortable. Mini bar was not helpful. One person might be able to manage in this room but not 2.

It is a silly thing and easily fixed. But the shower completely soaks the bathroom floor and walls. Also, there were no floor mats in the bathroom, and with the shower problem, it could be slippery.

The beach is just beautiful and the resort is quite new. The room we had was with balcony and pool access, great pool). The dining was excellent, with great Thai food (there is also an International selection). The breakfast was ok, but too many UPFs for my liking. This area has really gone upmarket, rural and quiet certainly not the place if you are looking for nightlife!! But there are local restaurants in the vicinity.

All though the wash room was very well designed and felt very earthy but there was no air ventilation. Room Service was only done on request even if we left plates outside the door. Breakfast wasn’t up to the standard of the hotel price. Room was kinda small we didn’t have much space specially traveling with a 2 years old baby.

The bed was very comfy and it had direct access to the pool from the balcony.

The “reservation” of pool and beach chairs by guests. However, if you ask the team, they will check for you if a beach or pool chair is really in use.

We found the “Thai smile” combined with serenity in this hotel. The sea was wild when we were there, but despite that still beautiful and also the shells on the beach. We were told that when the sea is calm you can spot pink dolphins and there are some SUPs available! Special thanks to all of the wonderful staff, because of you we stayed two extra days. A big thank you to the restaurant team who we met 3x a day due to the heavy rainfall and the driver who drove us safely to our other hotel in Phuket, over some severe flooded roads.

we stayed one night in 4 villas. the air conditions in 3 rooms didn’t work with the remote control. we were so cold during the night. we expect a cool stay at this hotel. it was over our expectations.

Not the hotels fault but we had big waves so we weren’t able to enjoy the beach

Luv everything about this one we had the private pool suite and let’s say it was perfect . Step out and we were at the pool and looking outside we can see the beach as well . Breakfast was excellent very authentic . Staff was attentive and very nice and helpful .

Upon checkout the staff were going to charge us for the 2 bottles of water. Since this place was twice expensive than other hotels in the area we were surprised that the bottle water wasn't included like other resorts. Restaurant was okay, but we were asked many times within 20 mins if we needed anything. Only one small hook for hanging towels, there could have been more. The sink in the bathroom was super challenging as it was like a plate so it would flood easily. Upon check in we were shown our room and that was it. 3 days prior to our arrival I stated that we are a 5 min walk from our other resort and if we could check in early. I never got a reply but when I showed them they soon showed us to our room. There should have been instruction's about the room plus mini bar etc and what is included. For example it took me 5 mins to realise that how to lock the door is in reverse.

Nice beach area, modern stylish look, close walk to other restaurants in the area. Romantic setting.

Great resort, and great service! We had to change our stay from 3 nights for 2 nights and the hotel offered us voucher for the spa to compensate the night (booking was not refundable) very nice of them. The spa was amazing and really relaxing! A great resort!
