Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe hotel was exceptional. It was almost like I had the place to myself. My room was five star at a two star price. It was very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. There was a big swimmingi pool area, an adult one and a kids one. There was also a beach which was amazing. The beach was climate proofed to help with arousion and at the end where it was curved, there was a net so you couldn't float out to sea. There was a really nice sitting, bar, restaurant area a tthe beach which was very comfortable and singers came out everyday at around 4pm to sing lounge music. What else could you ask for. The staff at the hotel was friendly and accomodating. My only thing I think is that I thought the breakfast could have been a little better. Really, the least of my concerns. I can hardly wait to go back.
