Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe sliding glass door to the balcony couldn’t close without locking. This meant we all got locked out of our room for an extended period of time while we waited for someone to come into our room to unlock the door. Thankfully one of us had a phone so we could call for help! The only other thing is that linens weren’t provided for the pull-out bed, and we called to request them and were told someone would call us back, but they never did. The next morning we told the woman at the front desk, and she had them delivered to us. Despite these two things, I would definitely come back for another stay because of the location, value, and cleanliness.
The location is excellent, and all staff members were very nice. Our room was very clean as well.

CanadaThere isn’t much not to like. The only thing they could do is have some music by the pool when the bar is open. Nothing crazy, just something to listen to.
Best location on the island for viewing airplanes! Pool in perfect for all ages, clean and warm. Great if you want quiet but also the availability for some action if you use the sister property across the street. Having the market so close is super convenient and reasonably priced. Stayed here 5 times and always have a great time! We stayed in a 3 bedroom penthouse and the cleaning staff was amazing!

Czech RepublicThe hotel absolutely does not meet guests' wishes beyond the usual services. Yes, it is not the hotel's obligation to allow you to check in earlier or check out later, but it is a question of the form in which it is done. And here they made fools of us. When we requested an earlier check-in (it was not arbitrariness, but a really early arrival of the plane), we were told that our room would be cleaned and it would start at 2:00 p.m. at the earliest. In reality, nothing was cleaned, there were many similar vacant rooms around us. The hotel simply has a policy set in such a way that it will not accept these complaints, so that the guests do not get used to it as a standard. Also, at check-out, we also offered extra money, completely without interest, again obviously some instruction from above. And again, the receptionist's rather primitive reasoning - the manager also confirmed it before her, but in reality she didn't even contact him, we were there the whole time and she was just called by some guest, to whom she answered a question. Almost all visitors to the pool, especially those from the USA, do not shower before entering the water, and it is in the rules, no one pays attention to it. No breakfast.
Beautifully maintained garden, pool and their surroundings. The observation terrace above the pool is especially brilliant, from which the entire airport area is like in the palm of your hand and you can watch planes arriving and departing beautifully. The pool has amazingly cooling water even when the air temperature is over 30 degrees, amazingly refreshing (even for those Americans who don't shower before entering the pool). Excellent and reasonably priced underground car park. Not even a mouse can slip by the hotel's security guard, a feeling of complete security. We had a beautiful spacious room with a wonderful view of the pool, Maho beach and part of the airport area, but the accommodation was slightly overpriced according to my standards.

BrazilThe pool area was just behind the airport runway and it was so funny to observe the landings and take-offs. We had also very nice sunsets by the sea to take pictures. The room had one large bed, but I think it would be more comfortable two beds, instead.
