The hotel apartment was great; equipped with a good kitchen, good bathroom, comfortable living area with a dining table and the beds are really comfortable. We slept so well at night. The units are well isolated for sound too, we were never bothered by noise from the outside. Great pool and restaurant, and easy access to the beach with plenty of chairs and umbrellas.

There’s not much entertainment or activity for guest, if I was doing activities during my stay I would of being extremely bored by the 3rd day

Basement 1st floor room was just ok. Prefer higher floor and maybe a nicer room next time.

Rep at desk was great. Location right on beach next to restaurants, bar and casino. Beautiful outdoor setting, nice at sunset and evening. Tropical feel.

Did not like the small beach, did not like the 2-towel limit at the pool and beach.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly especially the room cleaning women (housekeeping), The grounds are clean and well kept, the onsite restaurant (Tortugas) is very good, we stayed for 10 days and ate there at least once a day. We enjoyed watching the airplanes taking off and landing so close to the hotel and beach.

No free parking for the guest staying in the hotel. I find it's crazy to make people pay another 8$ a day for parking when they are already stay at the hotel. Mosquitoes in the room after housekeepers pass and clean and the room getting flooded while raining . And the service charge at Tortuga is to high when eating in place.

The only dislike were the AC's (living room and bedroom), that could not be turned off. You could only change the temperature but it seemed that the AC would turn on and off whenever it felt like it. Due to the noise it could be a bit inconvenient at night.

As only 1 km away from the airport, we walked with our carry-ons to the hotel, which is located at Maho Beach right at the end of the runway. We arrived 10 am and could directly enter the room. It was a spacious and bright room with a separate bedroom. There was a fully equipped kitchen, seating area and bathroom. All clean. A nice balcony looking out on Maho Beach, the pool and the approaching planes. The pool is clean and there is direct access to Maho Beach. Towels are available at the hotel. There is also a restaurant onsite and several more can be found in the area around the hotel as well as other stores and casinos. The gym of the adjacent hotel can be used and you can rent a car there as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well is the 24/7 security. We could checkout 1.5 hour later as we had a late afternoon flight. Good value for money. We would stay again.

The staff did not seem to care too much about their customers, they did not greet us. They lack the knowledge to assist us when we wanted to extend our trip for another day. So we ended up booking it separately.

This location did not offer breakfast but there were plenty of other options nearby to eat. The rooms were clean and spacious, had lots of towels which was a plus. The kitchen was a bonus we had everything we could possibly ask for.

The people at the desk said they had no noodles or floats at the pool but they did so I spent a lot of unnecessary time trying to find a store that sold floats or noodles.

The location was close to good restaurants, beaches, night life and the airport. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was big, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The view from the balcony was amazing. Overall a great experience.

too many air conditioning units for a 1-bedroom apartment. 1 of them leaked into the top shelf of the closet safe in closet needed to be replaced while we were on vacation
