Staff were really friendly and helpful with recommendations. Staff easily sorted out another room when the hurricane caused flight cancellations. Room was really spacious and clean. Very good location, can walk to restaurants nearby and close to the airport and Maho beach. Parking available

The elevator was out of service a few days.

I liked the location most and that it was a smaller property. The staff were attentive and made sure I was comfortable during my stay. It was very clean, and they provided two beach towels, which was a nice touch. Also, they are very helpful in providing suggestions on getting around the island, things to do and where to eat.

Small and cozy. Very comfortable and unique.

Sad that its not waterview but we knew that when we booked.

The staff was aamazing. So friendly and helpful. Our departure was delayed and they were great in helping us extend our stay an additional day. Great location, right near all the restaurants and shopping. And while we didn't make use of it, they had plenty of parking. We did make use of the kitchenette and were delighted to have both a cooktop and an oven. Coffee maker, blender and toaster available too.

I loved the location……it’s close to everything..even the beach which was so beautiful… I like the fact that it’s was super clean with all amenities….everything to your comfort and enjoyment…and I can’t forget the staff…oh my goodness Latoya (Sha)…Shanay and Joycelyn of the housekeeping department…you guys were amazing and super helpful with all my queries about the island..thanks a million..I will be back sooner than I anticipate…

I do not have any complaints.

Hotel was clean and I felt safe. The location was very central, lots of food close by and things to entertain you. Staff was very friendly and accommodating from start to finish. Latoya was amazing at check in. Olepecia so friendly at check out. And Cristina was friendly with conversation. Would recommend this hotel to others!

Everything was fine

We have a timeshare at Simpson Bay Resort and went a day earlier due to flight schedule. We were very familiar with the surroundings and enjoyed our stay.

We had a very pleasant stay at Baker‘s Suite. This privately owned boutique hotel is centrally located, only 1 min to the beach. Marina, bars, and restaurants nearby. The suite is very spacious and well furnished including terrace with ocean view. Friendly reception staff Alexa gave us nice hints where to go for dinner. I strongly recommend Baker‘s for all guests preferring non-standard individual accommodation.

No swimming pool.

The staff was amazing. The moment I arrived LaToya made us feel at home. Hospitality great she escorted us to the room. There is an elevator a terracem. Christina kept the room clean and fresh daily. When I return to St Maarten I will stay at Bakers Suites. Feels like you are staying with family. Upon arrival there was a hand written welcome note from the manager. Other guess friendly. Everything you need is in walking distance.

Providing beach umbrellas and chairs as part of package would have been nice. That was a small negative since another commercial enterprise did provide such a service.

My husband and I stayed 1 night and the customer service was above and beyond exceptional. We arrived very late but the staff waited to check us in. The location excellent, exceptional staff, clean room and ambience was calming and relaxing.

The bathroom & window are positioned right at the walkway outside of the room. Anyone passing would be able to hear you inside the shower/ flushing the toilet. There were also a few mosquitoes that were inside the room. They perhaps entered while the room was being prepared.

Very clean room with comfortable accommodation. The room was as pictured in the photos. The staff were warm, welcoming & helpful.
