To me breakfast could have been included as part of the stay

We stayed for two nights. Due to Erin we had to extend. The first day personel two ladies at the front desk were super kind and friendly. Very pro-active and accommodated beyond our wishes. The second day two different ladies very rude and impolite, never met such an attitude at a front desk at an accommodation like this. We were rebooked to a different room which was okay but had some issues. Over all the experience of first day was super! second ;-(

The first day personnel was super!. Two ladies at for desk very supportive and proactive and above all super kind and friendly. The room was great. Location is best in simpson bay. Beach and pool right at the site. restaurants nearby. Due to Erin the sea was to rough. Second day we could swim. But still beach and sea normally are excellent! Very caribbean. Location is best if you want sea, entertainment and food.

Room cleaning only comprised of trash removal and changing of towels during our stay.

Centrally located in Simpson Bay, with an abundance of grocery shopping options, many restaurants, nightlife and, a nice calm beach just steps away from the hotel. It is literally a home away from home with all the basic amenities and updated rooms.

There were a few things I didn't like,but I wasn't bothered. Dishwash liquid should be refilled every other day since there's a full kitchen(tiny bottles were provided). The dishwasher was up n running, but i didn't feel like using it every day. Housekeeping didn't come by every day to clean,so I'm suggesting a dust pan with a long handle and a proper mop bucket would work. A toilet brush should be provided so guests can maintain hygiene. Upon arrival to the room,interior cleanliness 10/10. But the balcony was a little dusty,but that's normal.Apart from that, everything was great.

The location was great. We used the bus system instead of taxi. Supermarkets, restaurants and the beach were walking distance. So I actually felt at home. So I'll definitely be back.

Small cafe on site never opened while we were there, would have been very convenient and utilized by us frequently.

Only thing about the island is that you can not find coffee after 5 pm unless you are in a restaurant.

Facility seemed just slightly worn. Totally fine & comfortable- just not sparkly new.

Our room was great - a bedroom, bathroom, large kitchen/living area and two balconies (one was huge!). The pool area was quiet & pretty and the beach was well appointed with dedicated chairs & umbrellas. Walking distance to restaurants & bars. Free parking facilities.
