Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThere was no hot water and no hair dryer. For a hotel that charged this much and was outwardly rather fancy, to not have hot water is really a surprise.
The breakfast was good, although we had to walk to a restaurant to get it. The staff were very nice and accommodating.

United StatesThe only thing would be the parking. You have to park it on the street. Nothing else.
We love everything about the hotel. Location, facilities, cleanliness. Beds were very comfortable. The lady at the reception is super nice and helpful! Breakfast was really good! Shower is hot, thats a plus! It exceeded our expectations! Close to everything in town! We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Ataco!

My husband and I had a fantastic stay in Hotel San Angelo on the Rutas de Flores. We were very tired coming from our trip from LA and I slept for 12 hours! The manager gave us great recommendations for our stay. We loved it!
