Although we truly enjoyed our stay, there are a few areas where the property could use some upgrades. The first and second rooms, in particular, could really benefit from some updates—they seem to be part of the original house. They had a noticeable musky smell, and the restroom could use some attention. The doors were a bit difficult to close, though that wasn’t a major issue. The other rooms are much better in comparison and more comfortable. Overall, we did enjoy our time here. Adding a small, relaxing pool would be a great improvement, especially considering how humid it gets. Also, if you need to do laundry, there’s a \$5 fee per load for both washing and dryer.

The location and overall charm of this place—especially the outdoor area—are absolutely lovely! The staff, the owner, and her family were all incredibly friendly, which was such a big plus. While the breakfast is the typical Salvadoran style, it was honestly very good. If you ask in advance, they’re willing to accommodate special requests (just keep in mind there may be an extra fee). There's a shared kitchen available for guests to use, as long as you let them know ahead of time. For me, the ambiance was a major highlight. The area feels so colonial and cozy. They also have a cute little garden with turtles—just be careful not to step on.

Situated in a quiet residential area an easy walk away from the main square. Spacious common areas and nice to have personal hammocks in front of each room. Breakfast was up to standard. Get the ac rooms as suchitoto gets quite warm and the temperature didn’t drop that much in the evenings. This place has so much potential just that wished they had someone manning the reception desk more often. It was also a little hard to get a response from them on the booking.com chat you may wish to contact them via other means if an urgent response is required

The fan makes noise when it oscillates. I think it’s because its base wobbles. They have to check this. The pillows are too small and too soft/thin. The pillows are just the size of throw pillows.

A really beautiful hotel in a good location in Suchitoto. Love the garden and the hammocks. The room is comfortable and has everything you need. The breakfast is very decent. The staff were incredibly kind to me when I had an issue with my flight.
