We liked everything.

The room was clean. It was in a quiet area, close to the airport. The room didn't smell unlike in other hotels. The bed was comfortable. The staff was nice.

The drinks were expensive in my opinion.

Matched all of our expectations, we spent two nights here and it was very comfortable. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. We would easily stay again in the future.

40 minute walk to town.

Clean, good shower. The staff are nice but they do not speak any English but you can communicate with the owner in English by WhatsApp (think he is in the UK)

Its a bit of a far walk to downtown so its better to take a taxi. The window is only on the pool side so we needed to keep our curtains closed.

The hotel room was small, but was clean and had AC and a pool and hot water. Breakfast was available for 10 euros extra. The staff was friendly and helped us find Taxis into town and the airport. There is a grocery store about 10 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is only 5 minutes from the airport. They let us have a late check out for 20 euros extra.

Highly recommended, the people who work there are excellent, I had a guide that if Du who also works there was extraordinary and they are all very helpful, the hotel is also very clean, quiet is close to the airport and the city centre. I had a problem with the flight I travelled on and my sister had no place on the plane and had to stay and the owner of the Hotel was tireless, I even told my sister not to worry that he would help with what she needed, I can say that he was excellent from the first day we arrived

I really enjoyed my stay at the Kenito hotel. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my whole stay. I would recommend to anyone who visits the island to stay here as well. They also offer transfer from and to the AirPort which is extremely helpful at a good price of €10.

It is a new hotel near to the airport and the largest supermarket on the island. I was welcomed warmly by the team and the owner. He speaks excellent English which is a plus on the island. Simple, comfortable and very clean room. Nice outdoor area with a beautiful pool for relaxing and chilling out. The hotel can arrange small taxi to go around town if needed. The supermarket is ten minute walk from the property and there are at least two restaurants in walking distances. It is very safe area.

Hotel Kenito is a perfect destination for a stay in São Tomé. Staff was superfriendly and helpful, Hotel was very clean and nice atmosphere. Very quiet and safe neighbourhood, close to city center and airport. I highly recommend it.
