It was clean, comfortable, spacious and had hot water. Papise the host was very very kind and helpful.

The window overlooks another property so it doesn’t get much natural light. There is no sign and it is not on Google maps so it was difficult to find, initially. But my driver called Papise to direct him.

The room is large, the shower has hot water and the owners are friendly and helpful.

Location: It's in down town, about 20 000 cfa taxi from the airport (BTW you can book Yango taxi app). It's right next to the Chez Amina restaurant which you will see on Google maps. Also the taxi driver can call the manager and Papis (manager) will explain how to get there and meet you at the car. And it's about 1h walking from Terminus Liberte V (bus to Sait Louis e.g) or Yango. And about 1.5h walking from the Port with ferries toward Gore island In 15 mins walking the Utile supermarket and it has a food court with breakfasts which starts from 9h in the morning The room was clean and nice, hot water in shower, the room has aircon. Papis (the manager) will help you to change money next to the guest house (all the banks are little bit far from, nearest places ate toward the Port)

It's a little bit confusing to pay the electricity extra. But it general 2000 cfa is fine for 3 nights. In any case if you have paid more, Papis will give you back the change while check out

I like the location and services. The room is clean and as like the photos. It is at the ground level, single room and the bath in the room. The kitchen is at the next door but you have to go from garden

You have to pay your electricity cost, it is not included in the price. The cost is not too much but as a stranger it could be difficult to find a location to charge electricity. Thanks to owner I charged electricity but I didn't like this application. On the other hand, I paid extra 2000 CFA for the taxes. Owner explained me about the tax. However, I would like to pay what I see from Booking. I didn't like 2000CFA for electricity and 2000CFA for tax. (1000 CFA is 1.5 Euro)

Very cosy place, well located. Papise and Monique were great hosts. I would totally recommend it for a stay in Dakar.

The apartment is just wonderful. Extremely clean and has everything you need. There is also a kitchen one can use to cook. The best about this place is definitely it’s stuff, especially Papis, the guard. He is an unbelievable honest and lovely person that helps you with everything you need (changing money, buying food, getting photo copies etc.). He spent a whole afternoon helping me with a personal issue and I never ever expected this kind of helpfulness. Big thanks also to the owner of the place, who was as well extremely kind and always available. Beautiful place run by wonderful people. Highly recommended!

It’s a comfortable studio apartment with a detached kitchen. there was air conditioning, a smart tv, nice shower and everything was clean. Papis was very friendly and helpful despite our language barrier.

Papis was a lifesaver and very helpful. The neighborhood, Fann Hock, is lovely. The people are great and the area is very walkable. Chez Amina has pretty decent food for a very good price. Two markets are nearby by for all your shopping needs. The host was very responsive as well. I had to switch rooms due to overbooking, and the the bigger apartment is nice but not as quiet as people are above you--no one is above you in the studio apartment. Note that the kitchen is detached from the bedroom, so you have to step outside of your room but the overall space is enclosed. It's very safe to keep the door and window open while inside during the day as they both have screens and Papis always there. The view from the studio is more like the courtyard for the other apartment. Overall, good stay if you need a no frills place.

This is NOT beachfront. It is very close to the beach and Magicland; Booking should take that down.
