Hotel in renovation during my stay: noise, dust, materials and tools in public areas... this should be clearly announced on the booking.com site. Restaurant rather expensive; food just OK.

Only the double bed had a mosquito net, so we shared rather than using the single bed with no net. The safe didn't work, but when they couldn't fix the electronic lock, they gave us a key so we could use it.

The hotel was next to the beach, with direct access to it. The room was clean & was made up after each night. The bed was comfortable & the fridge was useful. We ate in the restaurant once, and enjoyed the meal. The staff were friendly & helpful

The rooms were a bit basic but they have everything you need for a great stay.

Great location! Right opposite Ngor Island and it's also easy to visit all the attractions in Dakar from the hotel. The staff in reception and at the restaurant were very kind. The pool was amazing and it had access to the beach as well.

I didn't like the fact that I had limited options to food, they should consider add some other meals to the menu like the famous Senegal jollof and other African/foreign dishes

I love the ambience; the environment was so clean and very safe; the staff were very friendly...I love that you could access the beach from the hotel and even go on a boat ride to the island

The position is great (close to ngor island, nice neighborhood and close to nice bars) The swimming pool is well kepted.

The restaurant Manager was a bit cold and didn't greet us the first couple of days. We complaint about her behaviour to the local staff that apologies on her behalf The following days she was finally greeting us. The food at the restaurant was good for European standards. I wish they would propose in their menu a couple of local dishes to be more authentic.

The location is very good, by the beach and close to banks, shops and market. It was very easy to find a boat to go to Ngor Island. The local staff is adorable and so helpful if you need to book a taxi or find shops around. They are super friendly, caring and welcoming.

our room was on the edge of the property and was very loud - there was lots of foot traffic to and from the beach all day and night. and the room didn’t lock from the inside.

I wouldn't say I didn't like it, but it would be nice to have a wider choice for breakfast. The country has everything needed for it.

None of the staff at reception were friendly and everyday was given a very half hearted greeting and a scowl.

The location is great, right on the beach with a view of Ngor Island and it was very pleasant. The restaurant was good, food was tasty and well prepared. The pool and pool area is nice and the bar and wait staff were friendly and helpful. The room was pleasant and had all the basics you need. The bed was comfortable and the airconditioning worked. The cleaning lady was very nice and left bug spray for me to combat the mosquitoes. The windows all had flyscreens on them which was good. Well stocked mini bar was appreciated.

October is hottest month and the AC wasn’t cold enough at all. A fan would have been preferable but not available. Almost bought one.

Location great. I was on the street side but couldn’t hear any noise as someone else had complained of. Often taxis nearby. Views of the bay and Ngor island. Great meals on the property but also enjoyed restaurants nearby.
