The only window in my room opened onto a corridor and this was a big disappointment as the room was very dark. There was a large corner bath in the ensuite which would be great if you like to take a bath, but I only ever take a shower, which was quite difficult with only a hand-held shower attachment.

The staff were helpful. Breakfast was good. The reception area was quite nice.

Doors can't be shut properly, at night the wind blowing through the gap (open window in the bathroom due to lack of ventilation) would make a lot of noise. The paint on the bathroom ceiling dried up and fell everywhere on my belongings and it seemed this was taken as something normal. Also the room looked way smaller than shown in the pictures.

The staff especially Omar was amazingly friendly and the only aspect I liked.

My one concern is that it says there is a restaurant as part of the hotel, but this is no longer the case. They should probably update the website.

Everything about this hotel was exceptional, from the staff to the rooms. Everyone was so kind and accommodating and despite some language barriers, I was very well taken care of. I am so pleased about my stay here and will keep it in my mind for my next trip!

The hot water boiler did not work, nor did the fridge in the room, and the lamp bulb emitted light at night. The room was small for the price, but it was adequate for a business stay of one or two nights.

The room was small, and the window faced the corridor. The bed was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was larger and had a large bathtub. The room was perfectly clean, and towels and soap were included in the price. In the outside area, tables and seats were available. The area was quiet, with a couple of fast food restaurants and shops on the nearby main street, and a 10-15 minute walk to a supermarket.

There was construction going on this time, so it was pretty noisy. Also, the host made an effort to arrange transport to the bus terminal at checkout. Unfortunately, due to lack of communication, I was unaware of how expensive the ride was going to be, and I was taken to the wrong place and had to get a taxi to the right place.

This was my third stay here. Fortunately, the room this time was more comfortable than last time. The staff were friendly.

There was a strong sewer smell coming out of the bathroom. That was really the only bad thing about the place.

The areas outside the rooms, especially upstairs, are pretty dusty and could be cleaned more regularly.

I stayed here last year, and like last time, I mainly chose it because of its location near the bus service I use to go to Saint-Louis from Dakar. I enjoy the slightly bohemian/artistic atmosphere of the place, and they are very friendly to foreign travellers. The clerk even remembered me from last year. The breakfast is simple but gives you enough food to satisfy.

Breakfast was very weak. Even though it said there is breakfast from 7 am, we needed to wake up the nightguard and had to wait until he bought bread. Only bread, a croissant, instant coffee and butter was there. We asked for jam, but got a "no". Not worth the 3000 CFA at all. Would have expected eggs and proper coffee.

It's in a quite neighborhood and the view from the rooftop is nice. You can pay by card. The manager was helpful and speaks English. He arranged a taxi to the airport which showed up in time.

sugar, milk and hot water shouldnt be something to be limited. just put them on the table lol. i literally got half a cup of milk and half a cup of hot water haha. i made the rest of the tea in my room. because i couldnt ask for more. next time put a flask there for refill. people cant drink more than 5 cups. on arrival, the door was locked and i was met by a not so friendly girl. not so good overall first impression. the lady receptionist would rather be somewhere else ...she should change her attitude because i think it will affect your business. afterall she is the face of the hotel right!@. as i left , i also observed how another group was being welcomed. . the other staff servers were respectful and courteous. overall good place. wifi

the place is very clean very very clean. the bed is extremely comfortable. there is a fridge and a kettle. not so bad. you can live in your room. tv isnt working. its worth the money though the rooms are small and dark. if you want a comfortable night stay just to sleep then id recommend. not really to stay during the day.

The bathroom was a bit broken. One day before arrival I was told they couldn't offer me a room, without offering any alternative. Luckily after I went in person to the hotel they confirmed availability and excused the error.

Great location even if a bit noisy. Fair price. The staff in place were correct. Cleanliness was OK, except for the very dusty ventilation in the bathroom which would result in dust all over the sink every time there was some wind outside.
