Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesWhat I did not like include: - The room (Room 275) was too small - The bed was uncomfortable - The smallest temperature that the room AC allowed was 22°C - When a "Do Not Disturb" sign hangs a the door, the staff members are not supposed to open the door. This aws not the case in the hotel. A hotel staff member opened my room while the "Do Not Disturb" sign was still hanging at the door. - The restaurant do not serve the wines that the menu shows. None of the wines on the menu are available. - There are small cockroaches in the room.
I liked the quietness and the friendliness of the staff.

United States- bathroom was sparse - not even hand soap or lotion was provided - shower was tight - flies in the restaurant - they should make some effort to eliminate or at least reduce the flies. Install electric flyer killers or use handheld ones. Or use some form of trap. It is the tropics so without any action it becomes a fly festival.

TurkeyThe area where they cook the eggs is open and it creates a smell. When the door is opened to get rid of the smell, flies, wind and dust come in.
The breakfast was nice, it would be better if cheese varieties, tomatoes and cucumbers were added.

United StatesThe bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. I awoke each day with back pain after wrestling all night to get comfortable. This was the biggest issue I had with the hotel. Also, the restaurant staff service was very poor. The wait staff was cordial enough. They just need some training and perhaps some systems in place to increase efficiency and help them excel. I waited about 30 minutes for a drink and nearly 2 hours for dinner. I had to ask for silverware and salt. When someone finally did take my order, it was because I got their attention. Seldom filling water glasses or asking if I needed or wanted anything else. However, they seemed busy and hard at work most of the time. They just need training in what customers generally expect and systems in place that enable them to meet those expectations. Simply seating the customer, giving them a menu immediately, and stating they or someone else will be back in 10-15 minutes to take your order would improve things. Just letting us sit there with no menu, no water and no idea when we might get either is ridiculous. I sat there for 30 minutes with nothing before I waived my hands to get their. The staff at the bar was much better. The service was great every time. This hotel had so much potential. I hope it addresses the trouble areas.
The decor was modern, bright and lovely. The room was a good size and had a chain lock on the door for extra security, which was nice for me as a solo traveler. The views were nice and the drinks were good. Good cafe lattes too. The staff was friendly.
